We hired Abhinav from Art Capture Productions as our wedding photographer. While the quality of the photos we received is decent, the overall experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. He has provided us with most of the raw pictures, but not for all wedding functions, and we are still waiting for the complete wedding album. Communication has been a major issue — he does not answer calls and often does not reply for days, with no clear timeline shared for when we will receive the remaining photos or the final album. During one of our wedding functions, the photographers assigned to us left midway, saying they had to attend another event. We were told that another team would be sent, but no replacement ever arrived, resulting in missed coverage of an important function. What was most shocking is that instead of taking responsibility, Abhinav suggested that we could “enact” or recreate the function the next day so he could take pictures. Wedding moments cannot be recreated, and such a suggestion was completely unreasonable and insensitive. Before booking, he was very prompt and responsive. However, after nearly 90% of the payment was made, his responsiveness dropped significantly. Wedding photography is about capturing once-in-a-lifetime moments. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, missed commitments, and handling of issues caused us a great deal of stress. We strongly urge future clients to proceed with caution.

The photos shot were great and I am happy with them. However it's been 18 months and I still don't have a wedding video! The main team is professional and I have all the RAW data as well just for backup. But I am a bit disappointed that my work is not done yet. I understand it was busy season and I have been relaxed about the tasks but this off season I have chased the video politely and recieved nothing yet. Now I am thinking maybe I will edit the videos myself.

This Chandigarh based team is one hell of a team. They are so amazing and professional in their work. I got in touch with them for the first time ever before my wedding. The name should be changed to "Money Capture" from existing as all they care about is money and nothing else. The biggest mistake of life was to hire you to cover the most important day of my life thinking you would be able to do justice going by your previous shoots and work. But it was a total disaster and it's been almost a year and we are still chasing you guys to provide all the stuff as was promised in our contract. The highlights shared by you had to be re-edited 4 times and all the times it had similar type of mistakes, you made it clearly evident that we made a mistake hiring you in every point of this journey. You ignored our calls, emails, messages and most importantly ignored our visits to your studio. Till today all we hear from you is money, money and money but you never talk about video, highlights, albums etc. One should not be such greedy that they forget about deliverables and only care about money. I would like to request Wedmegood to stop publicising you anymore as people do look up to Wedmegood as a reliable source of information but "Artcapture Productions" would be anybody's biggest mistake of life. Even after escalating multiple times to multiple people the video was edited by a 'newbie' as termed by owner: Mandeep herself and she even had courage to say that she didn't see the final copy before it was actually handed over to our parents. The main event was missing from the video i.e. "Laavan Phere" and team had no regret about it because they never cared about the video, all they cared was to get rid of us and get the final payment. Moreover the interviews recorded during our wedding day were not recorded properly because of mistake of the photographer but who paid the price, us. We cannot recreate the moments again but can always look back and regret our decision to choose you. Please guys it is my humble request to not behave the same the way you did to us with anybody else. It's just matter of few hundreds/lacs for you but for people like us it is memories which are priceless. We are utterly disappointed by your service and will never recommend you guys to anybody. you should stop calling yourself professional.

We had selected ArtCapture while searching for photographers on WedMeGood and had really liked the work that was displayed on their social handles. Mandeep was very cordial through the process and the team did a wonderful job and have captured the emotions really well and hence the final photographs,albums and videos have come out beautiful. The only thing why we could not rate them a perfect 5 is slight lack of pro-activeness from their end. They forgot to take bytes from our family and friends for the cinematic video which then was made without that of course! The Video has come out really nice (no doubts on that) but would have been great had the emotions of our loved ones been captured and were a part of the video, that would have made it even better. Nonetheless we would really recommend ArtCapture to anyone who does not want a run of the mill photographer but someone who would capture real emotions! Keep up the good work Abhinav and Mandeep! :)

We had a comfortable time with the team during all the events. The pre wedding was awesome. Abhinav is a great photographer and very friendly. There might be delays in the process of getting things done but we understand the need of wait for a better product. Mandeep has been very polite during all the conversations. As for the product. The photos were really nice. The team is great at capturing emotions. The albums were really really good. And so was the short cinematic video which was brilliantly done. The only thing we weren't impressed was the long video . I guess , discussion should be made in future to let the client know how the long videos would come out. Not reliable for us. will be 8 months since we got married and they have not provided us with our deliverable. Pls dn miss the reply below. We had to rely on whatsapp/sms conversations only (all written, none of which is abusive as said reply below). A clear example of their unprofessionalism. We got so confused through their asks as they kept on juggling between their own statements. Had multiple arguments with them on this. To correct - 2 Edits on highlight song can irk them so much. Dey kept our 7 minute highlight on hold for close to 8 months. Cineamtic 45 mins - No show till now. We got so confused sure how pics from 4 events r interdependent. Mandeep has been very rude and Abhinav has been really non cooperative. This becane so so undoable we had to ask them to put work on hold now. They have not been proactive. Unfortunately, now our data is with them and we hired for both sides. Very unfortunately, currently, we are considering an alternative course.

They were even ready to change their flight timings since we wanted them to capture the guest entrance prior to the functions. Very humble and down to earth crew and friendly too. It was a tight schedule but they made sure to get some time out from us for the bride-groom photoshoot before 'feras. They made no fuss in room sharing-coordination with our families was also spot on. We had an absolutely amazing time having them over and glad to have chosen them. The photos came out very nice, the raw and the edits, both... specially Haldi, since it was an outdoor event and the colors were fabulous. Most importantly, the photos reached us on time unlike the stories we've heard from others about the crazy delays. We're very very happy with their work and would recommend them 200%. Cheers !

Abhinav is a great photographer and we became friends even before he came down to capture our wedding. He completely understood what we wanted and we didn't have to bother about what or how he was capturing. The pics have come out just as we thought and we couldn't be happier!!!Source

I did not received the desired results as was expecting since I visited his facebook page and liked his work a lot. But my experience was not that pleasant in terms of candid photography for which i specifically hired him and cinematography for my wedding day is a total letdown. The video ends abruptly, it does not include ready shots from groom side and on repetitive requests made by us to redo the video he was a no show. The only pictures nicely captured are from my sangeet ceremony since there were two other guys who didn't came on wedding. I didn't wanted to write a bad review but every time I watch the cinematic video I am highly disappointed!! It is a lifetime thing which you cherish.

Working with Artcapture was a very nice and smooth experience. The staff was friendly, polite, and looked like they had as much fun as us at the wedding. Most importantly, the quality of work was very impressive and we're happy with the way our wedding album has come out. And that's saying a lot!
