The venue is really nice and the arrangement is fantastic. i hosted my ceremony at the banquet hall and everything was hassle free for me. The team managed it really well right from decor to food and managing the guest. The decor was wonderfully made by keval. It came out really well than i desired. The food was amazing and received good appreciation from our guest.

**Disappointing Experience with Mumbai Metro Hotel Banquet Staff** We had booked the 2nd-floor terrace of Mumbai Metro Hotel on 18/02/2025 for my sister's wedding game night. During the booking process, their representatives had verbally agreed to extend the booking till 1:00 am, and we were reassured by their commitment. However, when we received the booking receipt, it stated that the event would end by 12:00 am. We were told not to worry, as they had confirmed verbally that they would honor the 1:00 am extension. On the day of the event, we were shocked when they switched off the lights at 12:00 am, despite their prior commitment. When we approached them for clarification, the staff’s tone became rude, and they seemed to dismiss their earlier commitment. This was incredibly disappointing, especially in front of our guests. I would advise others to be cautious when booking at this hotel. Make sure to get everything in writing and don’t rely on verbal assurances. The lack of professionalism and respect for their commitments was disappointing and left a sour note on an otherwise important occasion.

We stumbled upon Mumbai Metro, The Executive Hotel through WedMeGood. From the moment we spoke to Varsha to this very moment, we are glad that we chose Mumbai Metro to be our wedding venue. Varsha is the warmest and kindest leader, and the entire team is welcoming and hospitable. The entire team was thoroughly involved in planning and execution along with our parents since the both of us live abroad. We had multiple calls and meetings with them to organise each and every bit of the wedding, and the team was more than happy to incorporate each of our requests until the very last minute. They came up with brilliant ideas in terms of decor, food and music and planned everything down to the T. Further, someone from the team was always there to ensure that the execution was spot on. The entire venue was made available to us and everything was planned and executed in such a way that everyone who attended the wedding appreciated all the arrangements being made. A special mention to the food team at Mumbai Metro - every dish at each event was extremely delicious. Every one of our guests left the place with a happy heart and a happier tummy! :D We had also booked majority of the hotel rooms for our guests to be able to stay the night. All the guests were very happy with the quality of rooms and the services provided. We would definitely recommend Varsha, her team and the venue to everyone. To start with it was the best event I have attended throughout my life. From food, ambience, decor, management everything was just top notch. Being a bride I was really tensed about how this event would turn out to be because I had managed it all alone but Mr. Sumedh did a great job and he made sure everything was just perfect. I am literally teary-eyed while writing this but it was like my dream engagement to be very honest. Mr. Sumedh was very understanding and because of him I could manage it all so smoothly. I cannot thank him enough.
