Shopping from Rimple and Harpreet (RAH) was the best experience! Shivangi, a consultant at RAH, played a significant role in making my experience exceptional. She was incredibly understanding and made the entire process effortless. Despite being in the states, we had multiple fittings, some of which were done online. My lehenga turned out to be exactly as I had envisioned it, with every sequin and star perfectly in place. I was overjoyed with my decision to choose RAH. I can't even begin to tell you how gorgeous Rimple and Harpreet Lehengas are! I wore a gorgeous Mango Gota Patti for my Mehendi Sundowner. It was dreamy for an evening event. I also chose a RAH lehenga for my Royal Wedding at The Samode Palace, Jaipur. It was from their latest Mehtab Collection. With accents and motifs of Peacosks and beautiful zari work, the lehenga was regal with an old world charm, making it a stunning choice for my Palace wedding! Paired it with a RAH veil, it was so stunning. The service and delivery was also very prompt. I chose one lehenga from the Mehrauli store and one from the Defence Colony store in Delhi. Ms Sakshi from their Def Col Store was super attentive and made sure i got my lehengas before the deliver time. All alterations were done well with no issue. The amount of compliments I Got for both the outfits was astonishing! Thank you RAH for making the experience a dream!

Loved my wedding outfit. Not only me but everyone who was at the wedding or has seen the pics loves it. I wanted a subtle but royal look without alot of bling which is what I got. I had to do my shopping online from Australia and the team was very accommodative. I had endless virtual catchups to pick my dress with all the assistance needed. Trials were in the Delhi store with amazing staff to look after us. My measurements were a lil off for the blouse but I managed. Overall I had a great experience with both Ludhiana and Delhi stores. I picked the right dress ❤️

I am so hurt to even write this review, usually I would never criticise or say negative about anyone as all are under different situations But I’m compelled to write my first review online to warn future families looking at store for their wedding outfits. If you’re looking to spend 1-2L, it is ok, but anything 3+, there are much better options. I went with my sister to buy her wedding outfit and we were really impressed by the designs and uniqueness. Moreover the store staff was super sweet and helped us pick the perfect outfits. However at our trial which was already delayed by a week, and only 6 days before the wedding - we were shocked to see that the measurements were not fitting properly, but much more importantly the color and embroidery design were so different to the one we selected. The entire family had chosen outfits on the similar theme, and it was a disaster to see the difference between the original piece and what was delivered. When we complained, the store staff just brushed us off, saying we are mistaken and it is same. Luckily we had photos of the original outfit, and when we showed that the green parts had been dyed blue, they finally agreed but no remorse. They had the audacity to say we can’t do anything, this happens and said we signed an undertaking during billing that said if there is any change in color, design or fit, the store is not responsible. We could not believe this, as we thought we were signed a general standardised bill. The same stuff which was so sweet didn’t care an iota later on and was very rude. Big warning to all families, go to a more professional place where they are helpful even post taking your money. Finally, if you’re buying from here - under no circumstance sign that agreement!!
