The India Couture Week 2019 recently wrapped up, and we thought we'd put together some of our favourites from it- and trust us, this time around every designer had some amazing creations perfect for brides- from new age bridal lehengas to exaggerated silhouettes and unique blouses- there was a lot of new age stuff that blew our minds!
Tarun Tahiliani
We absolutely loved these beauties by Tarun Tahiliani with those unique dupatta drapes! Both in Banarasi- one muted and the other brighter, but still so subtle and gorgeous!
Sulakshana Monga
We spotted these unique lehengas by Sulakshana Monga which had Vedic chants embroidered all over them, and we think it's a refreshing idea for a bridal lehenga! Plus, love yellow for an offbeat bride!
Gaurav Gupta
If you're looking for something interesting and refreshing for the engagement, cocktail, sangeet or reception, then his new designs are absolutely fierce and edgy for a modern bride! Check out those delightful blouses!
Falguni and Shane
There were lots of exaggerated skirt silhouettes and feathery details- which we loved for winter brides! Plus, how unique are the hues they picked for new age brides?
Amit Aggarwal
We loved his lehengas with the plunging necklines- so amazing for brides! Perfect for events like the cocktail, sangeet or reception, and don't miss the gorgeous metallic finish on the lehengas!
Pankaj & Nidhi
We loved these for the offbeat and unique blouses, plus, we love metallic details either way. So so new for the engagement or sangeet for brides to rock!
Reynu Taandon
Reynu Tandon wowed us with her Gota Patti work, and that blue and silver lehenga is beyond gorgeous!
Shyamal Bhumika
These two gorgeous bridal lehengas by the designer dup caught our eye- one perfect for the subtle bride, and the other a beautiful take on the traditional red bridal lehenga.
Suneet Verma
Interesting new silhouettes for those looking for something fun and quirky- don't miss the appliqué work and those interesting blouses.
Rahul Mishra
Demure and dainty, we loved these creations of his which are elegant yet eye-grabbing for today's brides!
