Honestly, we cannot rate Chirmi events team highly enough. The planning and the process my wife and me worked upon for 3 months and the execution was on point. Their attention to detail and showing us the elements and creating samples and designs made everything at ease, that we were not worried about the end day execution. And not just the décor, the guest’s management and the invites design suggestions that Bhumika worked on with us was really appreciated by all the guests and she kept in mind our budgets through out no matter what. We will without any doubt work again with her for all our future events and will for sure recommend her. Thanks Guys!

Upon meeting Bhumika at our initial meeting we knew from the get-go they were the one. They décor, styling, the coordination was perfect. The reaction upon seeing the outcome is something I will not forget, and 6 months to the wedding and I still keep talking and remembering that moment. Her team left no detail to chance and everything was well taken care of and we were super comfortable trusting them with our wedding. We had contacted 2 to 3 wedding planners and decorators, but these guys were the promptest people. When we met Bhumika, we felt so conformable talking to her and her team. They understood our brief and they worked around the budget we gave them, and they were extremely professional. We had so many vendors we were working with but honestly, with them we had the best time and best service. Whoever I know is getting married I will be recommending you guys. I know with them you will not be disappointed. Our décor was so good, and the venue looked beautiful. Thanks to these guys we have the most beautiful memory of our wedding now.

Choosing Bhumika as our wedding planner is by far the best decision we took with respect to our wedding! 1) Quality of service: From the main mantapa to a simple urali ;), she ensured everything looked elegant and in sync with the theme of the wedding 2) Professionalism: She takes meticulous notes in every meeting and circulates a detailed ‘Flow of Events’ before every occasion to all stakeholders and vendors so that everyone is aligned 3) Flexibility: Given that we had a Covid wedding, plans kept changing as and when the govt regulations did. Bhumika was so patient, cooperative and proactive in adapting to every circumstance and idiosyncrasies of our families 4) Value: We literally had a meeting to tell her ‘You are not charging us enough”. Saying that she went above and beyond the call of duty is an understatement 5) Response Time: She is always a text or a call away. My wife loved talking to her more than me at some point :( 6) Creativity: There is no dearth to the number of ideas she can generate. We took Chirmi events services for our 2-day wedding and I am thankful for their team. They did a wonderful job and those 2 days I don’t remember being worried about the décor, the music, all the vendors coming on time or anything. I remember when we started working on our wedding invites, Bhumika had such wonderful inputs on how we can continue the theme and incorporate similar elements into our wedding décor. Bhumika was introduced through a very trusted mutual friend and when we first met, she understood what we wanted and how we wanted the wedding to be and she worked right around it. We were particular about a few things with respect to the venue and hospitality and they did a wonderful job with coordinating and making sure everything took place on time. The wedding took place in MLR Convention centre and based on the venue she choose styles that best suited our taste and the budget. While planning a wedding can at times be difficult and stressful. From picking the venue, recommending designers, doing our wedding invite designs, cake, photographer, and to little things like creating a hashtag; she always made it fun and got us. I would gladly recommend them to absolutely anybody, specially my friends in Bangalore.

BEST experience ever. Wouldn’t have it any other way. Niharika and her team pulled of a perfectly splendid multi cultural wedding. I’m a Bengali - married a Punjabi. While the wedding was predominantly executed in a Bengali style- there were all kinds of undertones everywhere around us. From the decor, to dholwalas for our baraat to the make up artists they chose for us. Honestly this team was more than a planner for us- they became almost like family. They were a 110% invested into the wedding and they made the wedding venue (my home) look like a dream. ❤️
