Jaydeep is arrogant and doesn't value the time of customer. I purchased ready made Sherwani for my wedding. He suggested me that he'll create matching safa and mojdi for in couple days. I informed him about marriage date is 14 october. And he said he'll deliver on 12 october. I said that's ok. I had a function starting from 13 October. I called on 12 october he said it's not ready. I'll give you on October 13. I was bit upset but said ok please deliver before my function starts so everyone can see it and I can put it in mamera function. I didn't get on October 13. I called thrice and he said for some reason I cannot delivered today. It was frustrating to hear this. Jaydeep said, I will get it on October 14 at 11 am delivered at my home. Next day I called At 11:00 a.m and jaydeep said you can pick from my shop. I was shocked to hear that. Jaydeep said are you sure your marriage is today I wasn't informed about this. He was actually not believing me that I am getting married today. I sent him my wedding card and then he believed me. He said okay I am coming to give you right now and I received at 2:00 p.m. The time of my marriage was 5:00 p.m. When he delivered to me I saw that safa is correct but mojdi is not what I ordered, it was the same colour but no design no pattern. I had no choice but to accept that and go had with that. Because of this kind of horrible service I could not photograph myself. I will never forgive you for this mistake. I do not recommend this shop specially jaydeep.

I originally contacted them for one of my wedding sherwani & lehenga outfits but ended up buying 6 outfits because I fell in love with the service! i was already a struggle and on top of that, I had to do all my wedding shopping while sitting in America... I am very impressed with their customer service as well as the material. All my dresses are unique, with great fitting. Overall, I am so happy! Definitely will be buying from them again. I got my fiancee wedding customized sherwani & custom suit from there and the fit was altered to perfection. Patidar ethnic, the owner is truly wonderful at his work ! I went through tons of shop for an wedding wear. i just happened to walk in check their collection. there were lots of choices in different apparels. They have really good collection of men's Jodhpuri, suits, Kurta sets and Sherwani. If you are looking for grooms dress it's one of the best places to visit. The price and quality is good compared to other stores. I would suggest to visit once there if not for buying then for comparing the prices with other shops you will surely get it's one of the best shops I recommend them. Hospitality is good. Staff are highly knowledgeable and really helpful. One the best store in town for men shopping for every function like engagement marriage and every other function.you will never regret your shopping.

Patidar ethnic have very good taste. They customised my fiance outfit so well and we were super happy to see how well it looked on him. Their service at the store was simply outstanding. I got to know about the brand through my friend. It was my first time at patidar ethnic and They gave us no chance to complain. A single trial and he was all set to wear it. These are signs of well educated designers who know what they are doing. Finally a brand that doesn't empty the wallet while providing quality, multi-functionality, and uniqueness. Truly impressive! nicest & the most professional people. I would definitely recommend patidar ethnic to everyone. Everyone is wearing clothes but I am sure that everybody dont get the perfection in his clothes.. I was looking for indoWestern and sherwani for my wedding sagan and was roaming around whole city. One of my close friend refered Patidar Ethnic and when i visited i was totally amazed with how they not only showed me brilliant designs but guided me on what suits my personality. I shortlisted both my outfits in 30 minutes and they made sure to delivered them on time. My wedding is on 26th and i am so excited to wear them. I had my wedding lehenga designed by Patidar Ethnic and I still get compliments about it. They've got a really talented team. Although my initial concept could not be realised due to some outsourcing hurdles which wasn't in their hands, they managed to design me an alternative that I totally loved. They give really credible inputs through the conceptualisation process and tries to find a balance in making something that you want and what will suit your style. They listen to your likes and requirements in detail. Their collection is quite offbeat and the fitting is great ! All the best guys ! Loves the store and recommend to everyone.

I've seen many stores for Men's style but none of them carry complete (head to toe) range in fine quality. Designer of this store Mr. Jaydeep Patel took this initiative for us to provide every style need for a man. Believe me I usually try to change the store to buy my apparels but couldn't get the items of my choice then ultimately I have to go to Patidar and get my choice always.
