Venues
We chose to have the mehendi in a 100-150 seater hall in Crowne Plaza. The 5 star hotel offered us extremely personalized menus, decor and even went out of their way to help out my family decorate the place at an earlier time.
Venues
his venue was the dreamiest venue I could have chosen for the wedding. The resort offers beautiful views of Kerala's backwaters, an amazing spa to pamper the bride, groom, family and guests. The hotel rooms stand on stilts and looks out into the infinity pool and the backwaters.
Decorators
Vipin Das and his team at EvenTree were one of the most professional and fuss-free vendors we have ever met with. We were in awe of what EvenTree did with the location. They created a mandap in the center of the garden and with the flowers and minimal decorations, brought the venue to life. They also topped it off by having a candid photographer take awesome pictures which are posted on the page. We highly highly recommend EvenTree.
Bridal Makeup
Promita of Rubywoo kept in touch with me months before the wedding when I was still in America and kept taking my needs into consideration. She gave me exactly what I wanted and made me look very natural and beautiful.
Invitations
It is the easiest, most professional wedding accessory company my parents met with. They had a design clearly in mind and completely left the execution to Valavi. They kept me in the loop through the process and made absolutely no mistakes.
Groom Wear
My parents shoped at Pehnava for Rytis's outfit and fell in love with the deep maroon raw silk intricately embroidered Sherwani. It looked absolutely regal and they really loved the collection they had in store.
Groom Wear
My love for everything Fab India started when the brand first came out. I ve always ogled at their raw silk kurtas in so many different colors. Even though they are best known for their simple casual looking kurtas, you can find some awesome finds for both men and women. We also bought my dad's outfits and my sister's mehendi outfit from Fab India.
Bridal Wear
They have gorgeous midi and full length skirts that can be worn as a lehenga for a bride that loves DIYs and a modern chic spin to an Indian lehenga
Bridal Wear
Prabha Varma the creative director and owner of the store is also a long time friend of our family. She is extremely professional and designed and stitched all of my blouses and crop top 4 days before the wedding.
Bridal Wear
Since Sneha Ganguly is a longtime friend of our family I wanted a piece customised by her for my Sangeet. I always envisioned myself in a full length Indo western gown. She really listened to my needs and wants and made sure she kept me in the loop every step of the way of the process.

We as a family love Nalli Silks because they have a plethora of sarees of all the different colors, weaves, styles and textiles. Jewellery
Goodwill is the home of all fashion jewellery. You can literally find everything there. Their bangles are to die for and all you have to do is take your outfit in. 4-5 minutes later you will have a completely customised and arranged set of bangles for it. All you have to do is pay up. If you spend a tonne of money at the store (like I did) you can easily talk them into giving you a discount. :)
Catering Services
The resort customized our menus for the wedding from the welcome drinks to the tam bram style food by getting their Tamil Chef to cover our wedding catering. They went above and beyond with service and made us feel so luxurious. You really get a bang for your buck!
Catering Services
or my mehendi we had Crowne Plaza cater our lunch.Since the "Dholak Walis" were coming for "Shagun", Crowne plaza allowed them to bring in Samosas and Kachoris as shagun without creating a ruckus like other venues did. This was very important for us and they made us feel important and were understanding to our needs.
