10 Things We Absolutely Adored From This Influencer’s Wedding!

BY Apoorva | 19 Mar, 2026 | 113 views | 4 min read

Influencer weddings always come with a little extra sparkle and when it’s someone known for great style, the expectations are high. When Riya Jain tied the knot, her wedding delivered exactly what we hoped for: fashion-forward outfits, aesthetic décor moments and some really fun ideas that couples are definitely going to copy in the next wedding season.

From a champagne-gold bridal lehenga to a literal wedding film watch party, here are 10 things we absolutely loved from her celebrations!

1. That Dramatic Jaimala Backdrop

The jaimala stage was pure drama, in the best way possible. Think gorgeous cascading deep ruby red drapes creating a rich, romantic backdrop that instantly elevated the moment. It felt classic, cinematic and extremely grand. It was proof that sometimes simple colour + great draping = magic.

2. The Champagne Gold Bridal Lehenga

She did not choose a run-of-the-mill design and we loved her for that! For the big day, Riya skipped the obvious reds and pinks and went for a champagne gold lehenga by Kresha Bajaj and it was stunning. The full-sleeved blouse added a regal touch while the subtle shimmer of the gold made the whole look feel ultra luxe. It was the perfect balance of traditional bridal elegance and modern minimal glam.

3. A Bridal Entry With A Fresh Spin

Instead of a predictable entry track, Riya walked in to a cover of Jashn-E-Bahara but with custom lyrics. It kept the emotional vibe of the iconic song while giving it a fresh, personal twist. A clever idea if you want something familiar but still unique. Also, don't miss that red-hued baby breath phoolon ki chaddar!

4. That Haldi Look With Mogra Petal Laddis

Her haldi outfit was sunshine perfection. Riya wore a monotone yellow saree, styled with long mogra petal laddis made from floral strands. The look was simple, fragrant, and beautifully traditional - exactly the kind of haldi aesthetic we love.

5. Groom Energy At The Mehendi

One of the most fun moments? The groom absolutely owning the dance floor at the mehendi! He performed to Saajan Ji Ghar Aaye, giving the whole performance a nostalgic Y2K Bollywood vibe that had everyone cheering.

6. A Pre-Wedding Game Day!

One of the coolest ideas from the wedding had to be the game day event. The bride and groom created two teams and organised a tournament-style day of outdoor games. Think friendly competition, lots of cheering and a great way to get guests interacting before the formal events began!  Honestly? Such a fun alternative to a typical cocktail party.

7. The Bridal Shower Look & Decor

For her bridal shower, Riya switched things up with a statement white dress paired with a veil, giving full modern bride energy. What made it even more striking was the décor palette: olive green and blood red, a colour combo we don’t see often at Indian weddings but looked incredibly chic.

8. The At-Home Signing Ceremony

Before the big celebrations began, the couple had a simple at-home signing ceremony with close family. This trend is becoming more popular now - couples legally sign the papers privately, making the wedding day itself all about the celebration and rituals.

9. The Mehendi Mirrorwork Braid

For her mehendi look, Riya wore a mirrorwork braid accessory that matched her blouse perfectly. It added sparkle, texture and a super playful twist to a classic braid. We expect to see brides getting inspired by this one soon.

10. A Wedding Film Watch Party

And finally, our favourite unique idea. At their reception, the couple hosted a wedding film watch party where guests got to watch their beautifully edited wedding film together. Imagine reliving the emotional moments the very next day with everyone who was part of it. Such a wholesome and unforgettable way to end the celebrations.
