Arranged marriages are not a foreign concept for us Indians, but when an arranged meeting turns out to be something you had always been waiting for, it is destined to be. Nisha & Rohit are one such couple. Rohit was Nisha's parents choice but just one meeting and they both knew that they couldn't have asked for more. With things meant to be, the wedding planning started with pomp with Nisha's mother taking the charge! And the results are what you see here.

I was excited to meet Rohit as my parents met him before they made us meet and they were so sure that he is just perfect one for me in all aspects. I still remember the day I met Rohit, just within few minutes of talking it was such a comfort zone between us that we didn’t feel like strangers. For both of us it was such a positive vibe and we both just clicked and from there our love story started and we decided on forever."

I have always been the dominating one in my family who cannot compromise on certain things out of which one was my wedding. From the stage décor to my outfits and my family’s outfit and to the food menu, I exactly knew what I wanted. I wanted each and every ceremony to have unique elements. I wanted to keep it Royal more Mughlai and so we went with the red and ivory theme on my wedding day . Rohit and I also coordinated our attires accordingly i.e. if you want the royal red then it is no other than Sabyasachi. For Rohit it was Ivory sherwani from none other than Varun Bahl.

One thing that was totally in sync with our theme was the chandlers in the Pearl banquet leela, antique and royal. Also we are foodies big time so we wanted a vast menu with multiple cusines and also a place that is extremely safe during covid. Considering all the Leela Gurgaon was one of the best option.

Even before choosing my lehenga and rest of the stuff, I knew from whom I wanted to get my makeup done. I knew only Samaira can make me look the way I always dreamt of. Rashi did such a flawless makeup. She knew what exactly I wanted. Kashish also gave me a nice mehendi look.
