One Line: Extremely disappointing and stressful. We had clearly asked for complete privacy for our pre-wedding and wedding photos and strictly mentioned that they should not be shared with anyone or posted anywhere. Yet, the owner personally shared all our photos with someone he knew, without our permission, and later uploaded them on social media to promote his business, even after we repeatedly told them not to. At first, they speak very sweetly and make big promises, but once the work begins, their attitude completely changes. They were uncooperative and dismissive. For our engagement, they even advised us against using proper background screens and lighting, saying it would ruin the photos—only for us to see them doing the same setups later for other clients. This was truly disappointing and unfair. They seemed more focused on money than on delivering good work or maintaining professionalism. Despite charging high fees, their output was below expectations, and when confronted, they didn’t take any responsibility or apologize. Their arrogance throughout the process made things even worse. We paid everything on time, even extra, just to ensure things went smoothly. But honestly, looking back, I wouldn’t recommend 7 Vows Production to anyone who values privacy, respect, or honest work.
