After posting my earlier review, I was contacted by the AD Brothers team. It turns out they had been going through a medical emergency at home, which understandably impacted their timelines. Since then, they have shown great professionalism and urgency in addressing my concerns. They worked diligently to deliver everything that was pending and made sure I was satisfied with the final output. I appreciate their effort to turn things around despite the difficult circumstances. While the initial experience was frustrating, I also want to recognize the accountability they eventually took. Thank you for making it right.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with any vendor. I booked AD Brothers for our pre-wedding shoot, and it’s been almost 6 months — I still haven’t received all the deliverables. They’ve been giving me the same excuse every time: today, tomorrow, almost done — but never deliver what they promised for. No professionalism, no accountability. My wedding is now right on my head, and instead of enjoying this time, I’m still chasing them like I’ve done something wrong. This is beyond frustrating — it’s mentally exhausting and completely disrespectful to a client who trusted you with one of the biggest moments of their life. If you value your memories, your time, or your peace of mind — STAY AWAY from such vendor. I regret ever booking them.
