Art Karat has the worst workmanship . the jewelry is so badly made that it breaks after a couple of wears , also the joints are very sharp and leave the skin wounded . when you give it for repair they fail to rectify it , they called me at least 4 times to say everything was good but nothing had changed , finally the girl at the counter said this is normal for handmade jewelry , very very poor experience .

I ordered two different style sets of bangles from Art Karat. both size. They sent me wrong sizes for both sets of bangles. When I contacted them they said to send them both back and they will send correct sizing. I spent money sending them the bangles to get correct sizing. The bangles came after a month but again incorrect sizing. I contacted customer service and they said to send them back again but with one of my own bangle for sizing. I again spent money mailing them the two sets of bangles with a bangle of my own for sizing. After three months they sent me the right size but one set of bangles was not the original one I ordered. They sent me the wrong style and also lost my bangle I had sent for sizing. it’s been a couple of months they are not doing anything about it. They have said they will send a return label and it’s been over a month. They say they are looking for my bangle I sent for sizing but are unable to find it. I am quite frustrated and want my issue to be resolved but am not getting any satisfactory response needless to say I will never be ordering from this company ever again!

Scam site.Paid 5600 online and ordered.Yet to receive despite complaining to customer care and sending multiple emails.No proper response.

Amazing experience...their wedding collection is awesome...although wait time is around 8 to 10 weeks or sometimes longer but so it is with any other handcrafted designer brands.Also they offer a great discount if purchased for wedding or bulk..even online they have wide collection...highly recommended

Total scam and horrible customer service. I bought a necklace and earring set on April 10th. The necklace had a tiny stone missing. They said they will fix it and ship it to me. They told me it will take a maximum of 8 weeks. The person also told me it will be delivered way sooner than that. I called after 9 weeks and I was told it is stuck in customs and it will be shipped in 2 weeks. I called again after 2 weeks I was told it will be shipped in 3 days and I will receive tracking info in my email. I called again after 3 days I was told it will take one more week. I got so mad that I asked for a refund. I just want my $678.89 back. Then they told me as the jewelry is really old and a repair piece I cannot get refund. Repair piece? I bought a brand new piece from an exhibition! Then I was told again that they will ship it in 15 days. They never call me or send any updates via email. I have to call or send at least five messages to get a response. Yelp is full of similar reviews. Please do your research before buying from them.

I bought my wedding jewellery from here. They have a very good collection of jewellery to choose from. Apart from their own in house collection they also customise the designs to your needs. Great collection.

It a fraud website. You place and order and they forget to dispatch or update you. Their executives also do not reply. The order was placed in March, they still have excuses for not delivering. And on top of it, now they say they won’t even refund money as they don’t have a refund policy. Don’t buy stuff from here. They are cheaters.

For my wedding, I got my Maang Tika, Nath and Haathphool from Art Karat. I had a lovely shopping experience with them. They have got some really good stuff but I found it a little expensive. I must say their Bridal Jewellery collection is just beautiful. Thank you for adding to my Bridal look.

Had a really good experience with Art Karat. Here's why : 1. Collection & quality - Their website has an amazing range at decent prices. No complaints regarding making of jewellery. 2. Customization - I wanted clip-on earrings for non-pierced ears. They had them made for me at the SAME price as normal earrings. Said I could choose any design from website. They also sent images of the clips on my request before the order was confirmed. 3. Online orders - The entire process happened on WhatsApp. Their response time was a bit slow but i'll give them the benefit of doubt as my requirements were special. Initiated discussion on 5 April 2018 and received items on 25th. 4. Payment & Shipping - Their website has minor technical glitches. The default shipping amount is that of USA and in the "State" field it kept showing Delaware instead of Delhi. The team however, resolved the issue. They sent bank details for online transfer and waived off shipping charge for same city delivery. 5. Delivery - They promised delivery in a week but I received my earrings in just 2-3 business days which was great.
