I got my makeup done by Akriti for both my engagement and wedding, and she was absolutely amazing! I told her once what I had in mind, and she just delivered beyond expectations. She did good job with my bridal make-up. But there were a couple of things which she missed, which I realised later after she had left. Draping was inclusive but she and her team did not open the cancan of the lehenga properly which caused issues later. She also missed to close the zipper of the lehenga skirt. Towards the end of the makeup, it felt like she's in a hurry and just want to get things done quickly because of which they might have missed such things.

Overall it’s such a nice experience. Makeup was up to the mark . In such weather also it stayed perfectly loved very bit. Got alot of compliments.

I only came to India 2 weeks before my wedding so I had to book my MUA by only looking at reviews from WMG. I saw some really good reviews for Aakriti Gandhi but I was still a little nervous on directly meeting her on my wedding day. I had some specific ideas in my mind about my look (I don't use makeup at all, so I had some doubts on what would look good and what won't). Aakriti was available to meet on a short notice, but since I was really busy (doing everything in last 2 weeks), she was very understanding and answered all my questions & doubts over phone multiple times. Like some other MUA's that I spoke to, she didn't have any unreasonable demands on my skin care or products that I have to purchase beforehand (I did NO special skin care for my wedding). She was right on time, very professional (had everything prepared), and she completed my make up and my sister's on time (I was ready before time :D). Moreover she even made sure to listen to my ideas and it was perfect. Exactly as I wanted! Since I never did any makeup before, I did not want any bright colors. Its been more than a month and I still recieve compliments from family and friends for my wedding look. Aakriti is an extremely professional MUA. She was on time at the venue, somehow I was late for some reason, she had to wait for me for a really long time but she was so patient and didnt show any disappointment on her face. She is such a sweet person and possess a good knowledge of her work. I was very confused about my look so I gave up on her and I never once regretted. I chose HD make up for my D-day.The make up lasted even after my vidaai. I would highly recommend to all the girls out there looking for a perfect MUA for their big day.
