Her past work looked very upscale and tasteful, so I booked her for all my events. 4 events and 4 different looks. I wanted to experiment with the full range - natural, glam, Smokey, soft, everything. She was an absolute hoot to work with. She brought her vision to life each day, I loved every single look. I was very disappointed with the level of service provided. Despite attempting to offer suggestions regarding my sister’s bridal makeup, I found that my input was neither acknowledged nor accommodated.Especially payal (the hair artist) @hairby_payal was extremely rude and arrogant to us. I was concerned with how the photographers were treated during the session. As someone in the service industry, professionalism and collaboration are essential, and the rudeness displayed was both unnecessary and disruptive. Makeup was okayish but I don’t recommend them at all on your special day. They don’t bring positive energy. Very negative both of them worst experience.

We hired her and @hairby_payal Their behavior was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude to both the bride's family and the photographers. They were uncooperative and even interfered with the photographers trying to do their job, which added unnecessary stress on an already busy day. Professionalism and being kind is just as important a skill, especially during events like weddings, where teamwork and a positive attitude make a huge difference. Unfortunately, they had none.
