We engaged Ace hospitality for decoration of my sister's wedding functions. at Bristol Hotel, Gurgaon. it was one of the empaneled vendors of the hotel. Our SPOC from Ace Hospitality was Ashish Chaturvedi. He made huge promises to us and shown us presentation of the expected decor. but work delivered was far below than expectations. 1. Nothing was completed on time. we were chasing the decorator for everything. ultimately, the decor was half done when the event started. 2. he agreed to provide milni ki haar, phoolo ki chadar, rose petals, etc. but none was provided. it was so embarrassing in front of all relatives as we were dependent on the decorator for all this. had we known earlier, we could have arranged ourselves. 3. there was zero decor done on the mandap and bhaat function. uncomfortable mudde were provided for parents seating on mandap instead of cushioned back support chairs. 4. they also stopped picking up calls and switched off his mobile number. 5. the stage provided for sangeet function was shaky and not taped properly. it was so uncomfortable for people to get up and down from the stage as no stairs were provided on the sides of the stage. only entrance from the center was provided. the stage was also not decorated as agreed. 6. the seating of bride n groom was not highlighted and nothing special was done as promised. everything was just a show off... i am utterly shocked by the services provided by these people. not professional at all.... i would never recommend anyone to go with this vendor...we made all payments to the vendor on time but despite that services received were poor.. I was so stressed during the entire function and decoration ruined the special day
