Agni Saakshi

I am going to send a legal notice to Agni Sakshi. I got married on 25th February, 2024 and still haven’t received all deliveries which includes albums, videos. The backoffice team as well as Sudipta Malakar, they were very unprofessional.After calling a thousand times no response. There was a clear lack of coordination and professionalism throughout the process, which caused unnecessary stress Communication was inconsistent, and it often felt like our concerns were not being taken seriously. Some commitments were not fulfilled as promised, and the overall execution did not match the expectations that were initially set. For something as important as a wedding, reliability and attention to detail are crucial, and sadly, that was missing here. I would advise others to be cautious and thoroughly discuss all details before booking. I have paid them in full last June 2025 and still no deliverables

seeing all the reviews from google and in here . i was wondering if i should book them. so to clear out misunderstanding i asked him politely acha why is there so much of bad reviews and to my surprise he started behaving rudely and immediately he sent me cacelled quotation

Fraud!!!! Will take money and will never give you photos and videos. Will stop receiving calls once money is paid.

Even after paying a lot of money I cannot find a single quality photo from my wedding photography album. When they shared all the photos after wedding I called the owner because I was not happy with the photography. And to cover that, the owner gave some excuses like— hospitality provided to the staffs were not good. The staffs arrived before haldi and asked about the venue so that they can set up their cameras and lights. but the ceremony got delayed as the groom’s side were travelling from North Bengal to Kolkata and they got delayed for some reasons. So, the staffs had to wait for some time, and they were waiting at the place where haldi was arranged. During that waiting time, they sat on the floor, clicked photos of themselves and shared with their owner by giving him a wrong message that we have not provided a proper room, proper meal. They could have asked me, please show us a room because we need to rest, or provide us some food and drinks. They didn’t say a word to me. When there is a wedding in a house, everyone remains busy doing some work here and there and the situation becomes very difficult at that time when you need to complete some rituals within a time limit. In that situation sensible people try to adjust and even provide help. Instead of showing that understanding they just complained to their owner after waiting for some time before our haldi ceremony. Using this as a reason, they didn’t click a quality photo in our entire wedding.

Still Photography - 3.8/5 Video - 3/5 Professionalism - 0/5 All kinds of unprofessional behaviours you can expect once the payment is done. The other negative reviews are very relevant and co-relate. Hope before hiring them I have checked these reviews.

Frauds!!!!! Not delivering my wedding video even after almost an year of wedding. Kept delaying the delivery with all kinds of excuses and now not picking up calls for the last 3 months. They will show you a very proffessional attitude initially to get your contract. Will only get lies once the money is paid.

Special mention to Priyanka for designing both the albums so perfectly even in these tough times of her life. Kudos to her ? My family including my in-laws loved everything. It's a two state story for us as we both are from different state,and live in different cities. we contacted Agnisakshi for our wedding photography. We were so much confused and worried about how we will arrange everything for prewedding shoot in kolkata as we live in different cities. But once we came in contact with Sudipto ,he helped us in every possible ways. We met them in the photoshoot Day for the first time,the team is very friendly and professional. We are really very happy that we have contacted them for our wedding day, They have captured all the sweet moments and gathered the memories,which are 200% reflecting in album and vedios,and will be very close to my heart. We booked the team for our Engagement evening. Our candid feedback is NOT OVERWHELMING. The product (album, edited photos, video etc.) delivery time after the shoot takes more than 6 months (5+ months post photo selection), whereas they will commit the timeline 3 months during booking. Also, you require a lot of follow-ups to get things done. The quality of the videography they have done is not up to the mark, important moments were not captured. One Pros: I liked their still photography, its kinda natural, and they do not use many filters, which is my type. The biggest drawback of their service which I felt is communication, and slowness of delivery. They lack professionalism while dealing with customers. There are other competitors in the market, who gives way better service and product than them, and we felt hiring Agni Saakshi was NOT VALUE FOR MONEY. I feel they somehow become complacent about their profile, which results in this decline.
