It's almost one and a half year since our marriage, but still they haven't sent us neither the photo album, nor the video of the marraige. They didn't even send the pictures of one whole event and haven't even picked up the call even once since then. What seems to be the best and once in a lifetime moment in one's life, they ruined all its memories for a lifetime, in the worst possible way. Everyone asks for our photos and videos but we have nothing to show them or even to watch for ourselves. The deal was finalized for a total of 75k and 60k had already been paid on the wedding day. He himself told us that we would have to give the remaining 15k only when he would deliver us the video along with the photo album. We are waiting since then to pay the remaining amount but they haven't replied to our texts or calls till this day. We don't have any idea of how we can contact them or get our files from them. I think only a legal action would now be the way to proceed further, as they aren't even willing to talk.

Loved the quality of pics that was delivered and the most friendly team I have ever seen. Best part about wedding pics is the promptness and execution.
