The staff was really rude and didn’t care about customer satisfaction at all. Also their staff members behaviour was not acceptable,they in fact kept on taunting me for everything.Felt like handling them was a bigger responsibility than the kind of work they did.Not at all what was expected.

We had the greatest pleasure working with Ambika, her daughter Kavitha, and the entire team at the Haus Khas, Delhi salon. We had booked Ambika for my future-sister-in-law's bridal and sangeet hair and makeup, and myself, my mom, and elder bhabi with Kavitha and 2 other senior artists. Coming from Canada where the makeup is glamorous, but not caked on or over-the-top was honestly a huge fear. But I had seen Ambika's work in the past and hence was adamant that we only book her and her team. They did such a great job that now I am wanting to quickly get married so I can hire them for myself! Ambika, Kavitha and the entire team are truly outstanding and their professionalism and artistry is par excellent! Thanks again for making our experience such an amazing one! If you are a bride or part of the bride's or groom's entourage, I would highly recommend that you look into Ambika Pillai! It will be the best decision you make!

She is one of the best make up artists in NCR, she made me look like a dream, the hair and make up both were absolutely perfect for all my functions!

I booked Ambika Pillai for all my wedding functions so the rest of the functions were Make up done by her team and wedding day was to be done by her. However she cancelled last minute and a senior artist came. That part was very stressful though the makeup turned out well

The worst makeup that I could have got while paying just double the amount from any other saloon. The base was so bad and literally patchy I even don't use such a base in my daily makeup.. felt like crying on my wedding day.... They have nothing to offer u the whole makeup took just like 45min and u can't very well imagine the quality

I got my makeup from Kala and she gave me the perfect look for both my sagan and wedding.
