HORRIBLE IS THE ONLY WORD I WOULD SAY! Till last date before the event we were unsure of what is going to happen, the designs were not final, we were just following up like crazy, until Anshu informed us she is in ICU and cannot work, we understood the situation and tried to get in touch with the rest of team, the entire team switched off their phones on us!!! We were absolutely clueless, went to the event location early in the morning and got everything done with whatever things were arranged!! To add to this, suddenly Anshu was fine and showed up when she had to collect the money, turned off all the lights to get the payment because she was very well aware of how horribly things were done!! ADDITIONALLY, the vendors with whom we and our family stood and got the work done were bitching about how horrible the team is and has no idea what they are doing. 60% of the decided mood board was not done but she still had the audacity to come and sit at our home to take payment- mind you, she is the same girl who was in ICU when things were required to be done.ENTIRE WEDDING WAS SPOILT, guests left etc!! Do not book them, horrible team, horrible experience!! Want to give a negative rating but that is not possible
