To make matters worse, the vendor recently informed us that they have lost the footage of our main wedding video due to a hard disk issue — something that is absolutely unacceptable and deeply distressing. These are once-in-a-lifetime memories, and their negligence has caused us immense emotional disappointment. Adding to the frustration, they have now stopped responding altogether, leaving the issue completely unresolved. This photographer completely ruined the memories of my wedding. The team was very slow, showed pathetic and unprofessional behavior, and took over 4 months just to share a short teaser. Despite several follow-ups, I never received the edited photos, and even the few edits I requested were never done. He refused to stay beyond 2 PM, even on my wedding day, and every time I asked for something, he would throw the contract in my face instead of cooperating. Ironically, he insists on 100% advance payment, but fails to deliver the promised work on time. Overall, a terrible experience that ruined what should have been a beautiful memory. I would never recommend this vendor to anyone who values professionalism and reliability.

I am surprised how they have a 5 star rating!! I wish I could give in -ve. Never seen such unprofessional people in my entire Life. It’s been a year, we do not have our wedding videos, pictures, even raw data…. Leave the cinematic, traditional and reels they promised as per the contract. We paid 80000 literally the next day after the wedding trusting they would deliver what they promised and this is what they did. First of all we started asking them for the deliverables only after 3 months giving them enough time because that was mentioned on the contract! We never nagged them about it, we were very patient customers. The result we got was disappointing and disrespectful because they didn’t even have the curtsy to respond to our messages. I have message proofs if needed, requesting them first, then when pissed questioning their professionalism. They started responding only when my husband reached out to WedMeGood . But still they have not delivered what they promised. I am in tears and filled with so much anger as I am writing this review because it aches my heart to not have the memories of my Biggest and the most special Day of my Life! How can someone be so mean and take advantage of people being nice and patient to them. Anyone who wants their memories to be cherished and not make a bitter experience Trust me I mean it “PLEASE PLEASE DON’T TRUST ARROWMULTIMEDIA FOR YOUR SPECIAL DAY” Writing Review is our last chance to them to atleast have the decency to respond and deliver what they promised! They postponed the dates so much and they promised to give us by 30th Dec 2024. Our wedding was on Jan 2024. If you are reading this review I request you OMKAR please please on humanity grounds deliver atleast what you promised!!! It’s a very SPECIAL DAY FOR ME OMKAR don’t be so rude and mean. You guys were so good and cooperative during our Roce Ceremony and Wedding what happened with the pictures and videos. This is your Job. Please have some respect for your customers.
