The experience I had with online ordering a custom measurement outfit was unfortunately painful and time consuming. They didn’t acknowledge receipt of custom measurements via email or WhatsApp. I never received a single WhatsApp message reply from their official business account. When I finally followed up via email again, they replied and let me know they’re working on the order. However, things got worse. It took over a month to complete a simple kurta set and then they shipped it out to the wrong address then we find out and asked the courier guy to update the address because of the team’s mistake. Then it reaches the destination city but they put it on hold as they said the team’s courier fees were not paid by Asuka’s handler. We talked to the courier head and then the main merchant handler in AMD after 2 weeks of wait / hold pattern. It was finally delivered after we made thinly veiled threats and asked for a refund.

They’re one of the best Menswear store in Mumbai. From linen shirts, suits to sherwanis, they got it all! The most amazing part, they also customise suits with premium range of fabrics which are only available at their store. Their stylists are well educated and made my experience remarkable! It’s a must visit, Highly recommended!!
