Title: Nightmare Experience with AUM Events (also known as Mangal Phera) My experience with AUM Events (Mangal Phera) was an absolute nightmare. From start to finish, their lack of professionalism and disregard for their clients' satisfaction was abundantly clear. They are based in Ahmedabad, they handled our wedding in Goa in January 2024, and their planning services was nothing short of a disaster. Communication was practically non-existent. Timely responses were non-existent, and important details were consistently overlooked. Despite our best efforts to address these issues, they remained unresolved. I consistently had to chase them for updates, but progress was non-existent. When it came time to settle the final payment, chaos ensued. No bills or receipts were provided, making it impossible to finalize the total payments. Prakash Kundalia, the owner of the company, completely ignored our attempts to rectify this situation, leaving us feeling cheated and frustrated. It's worth noting that we suspect we overpaid, but without proper documentation, we're unable to confirm. The decor, which was planned over nine months, was a rushed mess. Despite our efforts to provide detailed ideas and designs, the team scrambled to put everything together just three days before the wedding. Krunal Patel was the only shining light in this debacle, but his efforts were constantly undermined by a team that lacked support and expertise. To add insult to injury, the promised fireworks and colour bombs fell flat. The photos failed to capture the magic we had hoped for, highlighting the team's incompetence. In the aftermath, we attempted to address our concerns with Prakashbhai, but to no avail. Despite his promises to discuss matters in person, he has ignored us entirely. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling, especially coming from someone with decades of experience in the events industry. In conclusion, I cannot stress enough how strongly I advise against using AUM Events (Mangal Phera). Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and utter incompetence make them a disaster waiting to happen. Save yourself the headache and avoid them at all costs.
