The food, unfortunately served cold at the wedding, left a lot to be desired. Moreover, everything was very slow during the course of the meal, taking away precious time from everyone. The level of customer service was not professional enough and it ruined the whole experience in fact. So all these things made it an unpleasant situation in totality.
