I first came across the work of the Avenues team on Instagram. Given the quality of their work, I knew I was gonna work with them when I started wedding planning. Their work obviously speaks for itself but more than their work, Nazia, Yassir, Mary and the rest of the team were the easiest and most professional people to work with. Even though we hired them primarily for decor, Nazia became a sounding board for me during the wedding planning process. I am not local to Bangalore and my husband and I live in the US which made me nervous about planning the wedding. Working with Nazia's team alleviated any of my concerns. I didn't even meet Nazia in person until the day of the wedding, her and her team handled everything for us. They went to our venue by themselves, coordinated with the managers at the venue, coordinated with our DJ, with the church and everything without involving us or my in-laws! They acted as a true partner in this wedding and not just a vendor. They even kept checking the weather for us and helped us prepare for it ahead of the wedding! Their work is gorgeous, the decor was exactly as we imagined and we got so many compliments on everything! The church transformed into a floral garden and they made my dream of an outdoor reception a reality! The photo op area photographed so well during both day and night, the lighting they provided was sufficient to make the venue well-lit without looking overly bright! Quality of work is extremely important for wedding vendors but their customer service is what stood out for me which is arguably even more important given how stressful wedding planning can get. We cannot recommend them enough!!

The decor and planning of all four events of our daughter's wedding -cocktail, haldi, reception and the wedding ceremony -were managed by them. Broadly, we knew what we wanted - the Bangalore aesthetic - but the job of executing this was left to them and they delivered it to a T. The decor was very elegant and balanced. Everything we discussed and put on paper came alive just as we had imagined it to be. Also, they took care of all the peripherals. From the nadswaram, safas, mehndiwalis, gajras to the phool ki mehndi, everything was delivered in shipshape. It took a lot of the load off us and we could spend time with our guests. There are no false promises here, really! And all the tips they gave and the details they added were super useful and added so much class to our events. One may have ideas but must listen to the experts. We did so many iterations, and they were very patient. Nazia's response is always 'no problem' which is very reassuring. The team worked through the nights so our events could flow seamlessly. Hotels cannot always provide enough time for decor before the events but it was all masterfully managed - with not a lose end anywhere! No cutting corners. The wedding madap decor was a little ambitious for a morning wedding after a night of rain but it was so aesthetically done that guests are still complimenting us for it. We could not have asked for more. They have added so much to our lifetime of happy memories.

One of the most money minded companies ever. Please be careful of the items mentioned in the Agreement and dont be fooled. My fiancee was down with Covid and we had to shift the Wedding dates. These people are ruthlessly backed out tactically at the last minute and din't pay back our advance amount of Rs. 70,000.

We availed Avenues' services for Wedding Planning as well as Decoration. Our SPOCs were primarily Tamanna and Yasir, both of whom were always available and patiently complied with our requirements. We had multiple change in dates due to the covid lockdown situation and Avenues efficiently managed all our vendors on our behalf making it a hassle free experience for us. t is true, every girl dreams about her most perfect wedding, and it was the same with me. All I wanted was a team to make my dreams come true and I found Nazia and Yasir. I barely had ideas on how my décor should be, or what the food must taste like, but they patiently listened to me and worked around the few little ideas I had in mind and implemented the same. I must say, Nazia and Yasir suggest and advice on so many things that are way beyond our thinking and always find a way to work around our budget and try to make it economical. With all the wedding chaos, Nazia and Yasir worked patiently through it all. We ran through the whole dècor again and again by personally visiting the venues. I approached Avenues Hospitality through wedmegood.com to help with the decorations at my brother’s wedding. Since we didn't have an event planner, all we needed was sourcing of materials from vendors and execution of the envisioned ideas by them. I was very uncertain about what to expect initially but was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and patience Nazia and Yassir had exhibited right from the very first meeting. They were entirely invested in listening to and understanding what our requirements were, oftentimes providing us with some very practical advice in areas we couldn't have known any better; even if it came at the cost of their own charges. This also included offering complimentary assistance with alternate venues, catering contacts and sourcing other items which were all beyond their scope of work. A word of mention for their staff – they were equally sincere and patient in executing whatever was asked of them, even if it meant doing it several times over. Special thanks to them for promptly returning specific items meant to be kept at the home post the wedding, without us having to run behind them. Through the wedding chaos, it is usually hard to keep track of every small detail, but it does pay to have trustworthy people around. It all started when my original wedding planner cancelled on me 3 weeks before my wedding and Nazia from Avenue weddings swooped in to the rescue.
