Coordination with Shraddha and her team, including Maharshi and others, was always cordial, professional, and reassuring. As an NRI living in Europe, we were initially concerned about time zone differences and coordination. However, the team was incredibly flexible with scheduling meetings and discussions according to our time zone, which made communication seamless and stress-free. It was great to see the effort the team put in to ensure everything stayed on track despite the distance and time difference. Our Sangeet event was truly the highlight the decor, planning, and execution were outstanding. We had guests from 13 different countries, and every single guest appreciated the setup, the flow of the event, and the overall vibe. The team’s inputs and creative suggestions played a huge role in making the evening memorable and special for us and our guests. They were also incredibly supportive with last-minute requests and handled changes very efficiently. Along with execution, they provided thoughtful suggestions which really helped us compare options and make the right decisions with confidence. I would highly recommend Banna Baisa to anyone planning their wedding. One important tip from our experience: try to book your venue through your wedding planner if possible. It gives you much better flexibility in execution, in our case, a decoration monopoly at the venue which was booked directly by us caused unnecessary challenges which could have been avoided. The on-ground team did an excellent job ensuring that our big day was beautifully executed. They were professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The Bride & Groom shadow support on the wedding day was especially helpful and made the experience much smoother for us. However, our experience with senior-level coordination was somewhat disappointing, mainly due to a lack of transparency and support while dealing with vendors. We had expected stronger advocacy—especially during negotiations with key vendors like the venue, which was one of the most expensive aspects of the wedding—but that support was limited. Additionally, the team could benefit from improved IT and planning systems to streamline communication, coordination, and logistics. A more structured and tech-enabled approach would further enhance their overall efficiency. That said, we would still like to thank the entire Banna Baisa Wedding Planner team for their hard work and for making our wedding day special and memorable.
