We got our wedding cards printed from the Babbar Card Company. They were very patient with the changes we wanted in the format. The quality of cards was excellent and were delivered as promised.

We got our wedding invitations done from Babbar Card Company, both for the bride's and the groom's side, and it turned out to be a very harrowing experience. No doubt that the designs were nice, but their behavior turned out to be unprofessional and unethical. First of all, the cards were delivered 10 days later than promised. On top of that, out of the 300 invitations ordered, more than 80 were defective. The design of these 80 cards was different than the others, plus the quality of the paper was worse than the other ones. We found out when we went to courier the cards, the weight turned out to be different for each card. After delivering the invitations, when we called him to complain, the owner never answered the phone. He only answered the phone when we called from an unknown number. Moreover, 7 invitations were missing from the ones delivered. Even the leaves and the maps were not delivered with the invitations, but were later given after multiple calls. All this caused a lot of pain and trouble for our parents, and they had to go to their shop deep in the bylanes of Chandni Chowk multiple times. Both me and my fiancè were not in Delhi for the wedding planning and we regret that we referred Babbar Card Company to our parents based on their reviews on Wed Me Good. There are so many things to take care for a wedding, and dealing with vendors like these just take up too much time and make the experience very troublesome.
