One of the worst experiences with Bakeoff. They absolutely ruined our special wedding day !

I ordered a 3 tier wedding cake from this bakery for my sister's wedding on December 8th. The cake was supposed to reach the venue at 7 pm sharp. Not only did I not recieve the cake till 10.45 pm when the entire function was over, I was constantly on call with the rider and baker following up. The bakery claims they sent it on time which seems unbelievable as something that they claim was sent at 5.30 pm cannot humanly take 5 hours to reach. The whole experience was horrendous and caused immense embarassment in front of so many guests. My sister was disappointed as well as it had ruined the surprise for her. I could not be part of the festivities either as I was on harrowing calls with the rider to check his location. This baker now refusus to accept any responsibility and isn't willing to refund the advance amount of Rs 8,500 I had paid citing "delivery costs" for a cake that never reached us. They have also stopped picking up my calls which only goes to show how unethical and unprofessional they are. Will never order from here again. What a waste of time, money and a special occasion and a team of complete cheats. Beware before you consider ordering from them. Pathetic.

Such a fantastic experience! The team was so professional, finalised everything in whatsapp (so convenient) and the cake was oh-so- delicious! It was perfect looking, so soft, made of butter cream and vanilla sponge. Highly recommend !!

If you are looking for something different, that looks astounding as well as tastes delicious, you have to choose them. The cakes are personalized. Everybody initially thought that the cake was a part of decor, and complemented, only to realize later that it tickles your taste buds just as well.
