Very average designs by the artists and the owner is very unprofessional and over charge you for basic designs. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Unclear expectations set on pricing. We were charged average inr 1000+ for each guest without any prior discussion on ranges and limits; 75 guests were charged without any proof of service. It is the vendor’s responsibility to share price estimates before starting service and providing requested cost details after service. We paid her total of 95K for bridal and guest Mehendi. Bridal was a minimal design with barely much done on my feet, yet it was 16.5K.. 4 times her starting rate! When I asked for cost details and break down she didn’t provide that and instead sent a long nasty message blaming me for questioning her service and then blocked me from Instagram and WhatsApp. Price was charged right after service from a family member when I was in the middle of my celebration. I requested clarification after my wedding, not with the expectation to pay me back but just clarity on what level of services were provided and list of people for the 1000 plus charged per guest. Seems like none of it was documented since she couldn’t provide a response to this simple ask. Instead she attacked me for asking a very fair question. It is unbelievable that she spoke like that to a new bride. Overall left me with a very bitter experience regarding this very important aspect of my wedding. Wish I had vetted her personality better before allowing her access to my special wedding.
