Working with Beats in the Moments was an absolute pleasure. Their passion for their craft shines through in every shot and frame. Honest review: If you are looking to get just a teaser (1 min long) or trailer (5 mins long) trust Beats In The Moment (BITM) to do a fantastic job! Great audio visuals, core memories beautifully covered. We love our teaser and trailer. BUT, if you are someone who also wants a wedding film (15-20 mins long) then BITM is a BAD idea! They try to settle you in for a 1/10 rating film edited by their new intern at best, then try to defend their poor work saying a “cinematic film” is just a coverage, not supposed to be creative (FYI, there are traditional videos which we have paid for and received separately which are coverage videos of all events). When they realised they can’t fool us into this edit, they got a senior editor to make our film which was finally good but then refused to implement even FIRST round of feedback fully claiming “the editor refuses to do it, sorry. Take it or leave it” When we tried to argue further Rony (the founder) also said, “how does it matter, you upload the trailer on social media. This film is just for you two to see. For others, just show them the trailer” There was an option to not pay 10% of final payment, but in that case they refused to give us the incomplete film edit we worked on and tried to make perfect till now. Good strategy! So now we are left with an incomplete film in our hands, which we have to work on with a new person who has no idea of the content and of course pay him a handsome fee for a one time project. :| Attaching screenshots of Rony - the founder of BITM trying to sell his substandard work and failing miserably at client servicing.
