I had three essential requirements :- 1) Light to no make-up look with minimal base. 2) Make-up artist listens to what I want, rather than imposing what is "in these days" 3) Budget. Pragati fulfilled all these criteria. I chose her by instinct online, seeing her picture working on her client. My first call with her put me on ease, she is young, passionate about her work, and reassured me of minimal make-up. The first time I met her for basic eye makeup trial, she heard me out, and was quick to understand my soft and subtle personality. She translated my vision into reality by keeping the make-up exactly that- minimal, soft and flawless. Ms. Pragati hears you out and knows when to suggest you to go beyond your comfort zone. For example, I trusted her idea of using slight glitter on the eyes for both looks, which looked gorgeous in photos. She understood that have I have hooded eyes, so my eye makeup was appropriate. Her products didn't irritate my skin. Only two issues I had were the false eyelashes and the lasting of lipstick, but that was part my fault of maintaining them too. She is professional, came on time, wore the mask throughout, she even waited for an hour for my basic touchup in between sagan and sangeet ceremonies. Both her hair stylist team-mates are thorough professionals. Jyoti is very dedicated, quiet and focused. Her draping was excellent, jewelry was well placed and both bridal bun and mother's hair were done professionally. Thankyou Pragati for creating both my looks exactly how I envisioned them.
