A deserving review for Bells and Bows for exceptional planning and execution at two weddings in our family. Time changes how we do things, and NEW is not easy to achieve. The merging mindsets of generations blending together for a wedding, can sometimes be puzzling. Us young ones may want to be eyeing on ultra modern, contemporary and progressive approaches, but traditions still carry rationale and value. We were able to find the right answers when we found the right hands to carry out all our thoughts in the most perfect execution. PERSPECTIVE is key and Bells and Bows has it. Understanding the dreamy wishes and must-haves (and also the practical priorities rallying between them) is a strength of this planning team. They are able to source all possible solutions and also pre indicate the possible speed bumps. CREATIVITY is another flex that we all want at our events. Doing something different is actually the most common thought shared by all hosts. Naman and Kritika gave us amazing ideas that added so much more to our events. They added a lot of quirky points and also gave the events a lot of character. “There was always something to do for all guests”. TEAM. Many organisers and planners quantify things quite quickly especially while pitching how big of a team they would be offering but needless to mention that most are not able to deliver the best quality/value. Hosting multiple events for two family wedding last year, I realised and learned how Bells and Bows has a nested team with the apt delegation. Having some in house responsible skilful people is sooo much more resultful than outsourcing an army of helpers. Akash, Lakshika, Nikhil and Sagar were ready with answers and tackled all possible fire fighting that you can imagine happens. Murphy law applies quite very much to wedding planners and hosts, this team was qualified to handle vendors and us both very wisely. EXECUTION was great for both our family wedding events and here I would like to mention that they have all the contacts in the industry and good relations with top tier vendors. It is always easy to exponentialise your spend and add all possible Et cetera in your cart but it still might not fit together in the best way. Bells and Bows was able to find the right people, right things, right ideas and even the right price. Things were properly rehearsed (to the micro extent) with the entire immediate family a week before the events so everyone was satisfied and on the same page. COOPERATION if available, comes handy thought this process. I mention this at the end because every host is different and to be able to handle them all is a skill too. This is two way street and we all need to cross looking both ways first. Some of us are micromanagers (like me) and others are delegators, can’t stop being who we are. So, we need organisers who would understand all kinds, the good thing is we found them. Naman and Kritika with their team handled queries, special requests, concerns and even delays with maturity and right follow ups. OUTCOME. The timeline, decor, bands, energy, drinks, food and the regular extras were all the superlatives of all positives. Without giving out more deets, I shall end on a comic note that now I get so many questions our events, with the often suggestion for me to get into this industry as they think we organised this ourselves. This is when we realise that Bells and Bows was able to manage and deliver from the backend by stitching everything together from the green room without actually coming on the stage, so the value of a family event was retained.

Hi Kritika, everyone loved and appreciated the entire party... Both Saumya and Sudeeksha took care of all the things in the background and it was very easy to communicate with everyone.. We all acknowledge and appreciate everyone's efforts!

The planners were warm, responsive, and very talented. There were a couple of last-minute changes that could’ve been better managed, but overall, our wedding day turned out magical. We especially loved the vendor recommendations—they really helped us stay on budget without compromising quality.
