No order updates, no responses to messages and Kanchan’s way of talking to customers is very rude. I am very surprised by how she has 40k+ followers on Instagram but please don’t trust a business by the number of followers they have. I read google reviews and it was so bad. I placed an order on 17th June, asked for a delivery by July 1st. When I messaged about an update on June 30th there was no response. And when I called her a day later she said she was having her personal time and refused to address my concern. Please don’t order from this page.

FRAUD ALERT ? This lady is the con artist. This business is a scam. Don't place any orders with her. They will take your order and payment, but they will not deliver on the specified date. They don't even answer the phone or respond to your messages. When you ask for a refund, she flatly refuses to give you your money back. and state that they will bill for their work that was never delivered to the client. I'm not sure if I paid for the ring platter or their efforts. Despite this, she has the audacity to threaten a client in his father's name and to use abusive language. Yes, we customers are not deserving of your goods, and we will never be so cheap.??

I have ordered a customized ring platter @bespokestories ... It was really so good... Same as shown

This lady named Kanchan promised to deliver items for my wedding within 10-15 days , on Feb 2nd I received a parcel with one part of the order worth Rs 2600/- and the remaining order worth Rs 2400/- wasn't delivered (Rs 400 was charged for shipping ) . I ordered for a ring plater and 30 brooches .She charged me a total of Rs 5400/- and delivered only a ring platter which wasn't a per my request . It was not color coordinated as informed to her to use peach and pastel flowers . However she informed me both the orders will be delivered together . When I repeatedly called her and messaged her she replied back abusing me using words " shove it up your asses " " no one is running away with your bloody money " "not interested to speak to you " " wait for the parcel" etc etc . Being an online platform selling products she has the audacity to abuse people when the mistake is on her side .She has no sort of manners and has the most disgusting behaviour any business owner can show towards their customers . Unless you won't to be treated badly do not even think of placing an order with this lady . She is pathetic and her reviews on most of the platform state she's a "Scam" she abuses people and this is her way of business when she doesn't deliver on time . She doesn't agree to share pictures of the order we placed stating " it's there working model and they can't share pictures of the order " When questioned about not receiving the product we paid for she starts using flithy abusive languages . Guys we are better than this lady in terms of self respect hence do not get stuck like I made a mistake placing an order with such unprofessional people for my wedding today . Most unreliable and untrustworthy business . She has been blocked and reported and I decided not to speak back to such unprofessional people hence was advised to write a review for @bespokestoriez and my worst experience with them. This lady is running a scam. She has cheated my sister. Firstly they don't send the orders and when someone puts a bad review they threaten people to remove their reviews only then they will refund the money or send the orders. I request Wedmegood to look into this and take action. And if you are not a fraud then you shouldn't stop people's order, once we will recieve the order we will remove the review ourselves. There are so many people with whom you have done the same and then you are replying everyone that they have put a false review. You are telling people that you have screenshots of the order being shipped, but personally you people tell your customers that you just give delivery dates and not the shipping dates.

Horrible Experience! Promised to deliver ring platter in 20 days when asked for an update after 22 days speaks arrogantly and rudely. Not even ready for refund. Anyways m filing a consumer complaint with all the proof and data. Abusive behaviour is not tolerated. Please dont get fooled by this pathetic lady Kanchan Rani or Kanchan singh whatever!

Worst experience I’ve had till now. The person who manages her name is Kanchan. She is Unresponsive, unmannered, liar, has no sense of business. I had ordered ring platter for my engagement paid the entire amount in advance she told me it would be delivered in 15-20days. I’ve been trying to take follow up for my order since 15th day but she does not care to answer any calls or reply to any messages at all, finally she replied in the evening saying that her working hours are over I better call her in the working hours ( when she does not really work) and says it’s not even her concern that I’ve ordered from her. I’ve never seen someone so ill mannered while doing business even when I’ve already paid the entire amount. Finally because of her behaviour I had to cancel my order for which she was not even giving my refund I had to threaten her to go to police if she’s cheating and not returning my money to which she says yes please go I’m not afraid finally I had to ask my lawyer friend to call her and ask for refund or else we would take action against her after which he gave me my refund. The most disappointing part is we are hopeful and excited for such special things for our special occasion and such people don’t value their customers.

But, let me convey you something - indeed today its her loss, but she lost the money, whereas you lost the client, the reputation, the business ethics, and flagged yourself as incapable of client dealing with the way you are sending messages to her. You are into business, these are your basic requirements not hers. Always remember business client se chlta hai client business se nhn and secondly “Jitna important ek client ka aana hota hai utna hi important uska jaana hota hai” I wish somewhere at some point of time you will realise this thing and will act accordingly. FRAUD ALERT !! Guys, DON’T ever buy or book any service through them. This lady Kanchan is actually running a scam here. She will respond to all your texts queries 24*7 until she receives payment from you. And once she receives it, she won’t bother to reply unless you keep texting her to follow up for the updates. I had ordered a box for my nephew as a gift. But I received a damaged package which is of no use to us. I asked for a replacement and she agreed to send the replacement (to my realisation she only did this so that I don’t create any issue further for atleast 10 days). It’s been a month now, and I haven’t received any sort of replacement or any refund. She is ignoring all the calls and messages as well. The only time she received my call was when I called her from another number. She said she will send it within the next 10 days and so I tried to be patient and waited again. But as expected, I didn’t receive anything, no updates, nothing. The sad thing is they don’t even care and still cheating the customers. Wedmegood should take strict action against them and save everyone’s hard earned money.
