Very disappointing experience. Hamari wedding ko 2+ saal ho chuke hain, lekin sangeet ke photos aur videos abhi tak deliver nahi kiye gaye, jabki full payment already clear ho chuki hai. Multiple follow-ups ke baad bhi koi proper response ya commitment nahi mila. Wedding jaise once-in-a-lifetime event ke liye aisi delay aur unprofessional behaviour bilkul acceptable nahi hai. Future clients ko request hai ki booking se pehle clear timelines aur written commitment zaroor lein.

I was restraining myself to do this but beyond stories made me do this. No one has made us suffer for the entire wedding related things as Mr. Satish Gurjar. He doesn’t pickup calls when you ask them provide your final highlight video, album or to correct already provided videos. He doesn’t have the courtesy to answer elders when they are continuously trying to reach him, and even tried to meet him. It’s becoming a nightmare from last two months when he is continuously saying that he will give things today but today has not arrived yet. Moreover he doesn’t reply on WhatsApp too. He promised of a team of 7 people but came with 5 which we ignored, didn’t do interviews and all which we specifically asked before wedding, we ignored that too just because we liked the event pictures!
