I attended recently a wedding of my friends Pratusha and Utkarsh at Chunda palace ,Udaipur As a friend of the couple, I can honestly say that "Bhakti events and wedding planners" was a lifesaver. They handled everything with such grace and professionalism, allowing the couple to fully enjoy their special day. They transformed the venue into a magical wonderland

Leena, Jitesh, and their team were critical to our wedding being such a success. They took our vision and brought it to life, making everything so seamless (which is admirable, since we did all the planning communicating from the US!) They were so prepared with vision boards, each suggested vendor (hair and makeup artists, photographer, DJ, anchor, party stalls…) were incredible, and even our last minute requests were handled. I cannot recommend them more, I trust them implicitly!

We had an incredible experience with Leena and Jayesh from Bhakti Events! They went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was nothing short of perfect. Despite multiple last-minute challenges from our hotel venue, they handled everything professionally and seamlessly, allowing us to truly enjoy our day without stress. The decorations were stunning, exactly as we had envisioned, and the additional elements like folk dances and block printing added such a special touch to the celebration. Beyond that, every vendor they recommended—the photographer, makeup artist, and DJ—was exceptional. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication made all the difference. My honest review based on my experience working with Bhakti Events (6-7 Feb, Lemon Tree Hotel, Kumbhalgarh): We hired Bhakti Events as the wedding planners for my sister’s wedding after speaking with Leena Sharma Ma’am, who gave a warm and family-like impression. However, our overall experience was disappointing due to lack of organization, poor execution, and a transactional approach to service. Here are the reasons: Lack of Structure & Planning: No predefined checklists or structured processes. I had to create all Excel sheets for room allocations, taxi logistics, and guest check-ins, which should have been handled by the planners. Hotel managers were so much more helpful than the planning team. Poor Event Support & Coordination: 5th Feb (Guest Check-in Day) Despite guests arriving, the Bhakti Events team was absent most of the day. The main team (Leena, Jitesh, Ansh, Jayesh) arrived only in the evening. I had to run around coordinating check-ins and taxis by myself. When I asked Ma'am, she said the event is on 6th and 7th Feb so they will help from the next day. Only Ansh and Jayesh helped with logistics, Ansh could have been a bit more proactive (e.g., he assumed sending a WhatsApp message with driver details to the guests was enough without confirming). 6th & 7th Feb (Main Wedding Events) No attention to detail in event elements (e.g., standees, snack boxes, itinerary designs were very basic). I could have designed much better in Canva or anybody could actually. My mama jis had to carry Bhaat bags themselves—no team members stepped up unless explicitly told. Team disappeared before the event ended: Pheras & Bidai lasted till 7 AM, but the team left at 2 AM and ignored calls for assistance. Excuse given the next morning: "We were supposed to be there till 2 AM only." 3. Below-Average Decor (Despite Expensive Package) Paid for the most expensive "Royal Decor" package, but the execution was far below expectations. Reception stage decor was the worst—they promised 60-70% real flowers but only used around 20%. Jitesh (Decor head) was dismissive of feedback and made excuses rather than taking responsibility. Bride’s entry song was played incorrectly (sad version instead of the one we provided) and Jitesh refused to admit fault, ruining my sister's special day. I had to spend 15 minutes to ensure the right doing plays. The DJ had no internet also. Honestly, unbelievable. Unprofessional Attitude & Money-Driven Approach: During planning, they prioritized other weddings, making us feel secondary sometimes. Overpriced services: Taxi pricing suggested by them: ₹4500 Taxi price we got on our own: ₹2300 Every small request was charged extra, making it feel like a transaction rather than a service. They try a lot to aggressively cut costs in their expenditure which compromised on quality and the expectations we had. Varmalas were also so dirty. Some Positives: Timely guest room calls for event reminders. Only Ansh & Jayesh (Logistics team) seemed like experts and were reliable. Leena Ma'am is dependable too, but can be more professional. Lemon Tree Hotel staff was exceptional - they provided the service we expected from Bhakti Events. Finally, I would NOT recommend Bhakti Events. If you want a reliable wedding planner, look elsewhere. If you still book them, be prepared to manage a lot yourself and don’t expect a stress-free experience.

It was an excellent choice for us to work with “Bhakti events & wedding planners” when planning our wedding. They all showed extreme organization, efficiency, and a high level of creativity. They managed all the work from the first appointment to the last dance in the most professional manner. Their level of attention to our requests and details was astonishing, and they always responded to all our queries and issues. We would encourage anyone planning for their big day to contact Bhakti Events.
