Purchased three sarees through online they had sent old and faded sarees; good for nothing; I requested to return but they denied it; please don’t fall in such scammers….

I don't know if they are into flower jewellery also. But I can tell you my mom's experience on purchasing a saree on their platform. The saree received was quite different from what it was shown on their site. It has a shine which was not visible on their site. But their terrible return policy makes it further worse. Despite raising return request, they don't accept it easily, neither do they respond. My advice would be - Stay away from such companies who don't respect customer's time and effort and play with our trust. Everyone knows it's rather easy to get all 5 star reviews rather than sustaining one single constructive criticism.

I had a great experience with bharatsthali. They are very professional. They listened to exactly what i wanted and delivered on time. The quality of the floral jewellery is great! I loved all the pieces. I cannot wait to wear it again.

Terrible customer experience. I have been trying to return a saree that is very expensive, the QUALITY IS VERY POOR. PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE YOU ORDER. They said they are looking into my return request and didnot get back until now. There is so much difference in the product when they list on the website vs the one we receive. Very bad.

Please wait before you order and read the below. VERY POOR QUALITY. I ORDERED A SAREE FOR MY MOTHER AND QUALITY IS VERY POOR. When I approached them, they came up with some new rules for return, which were not mentioned initially during the purchase. There is only one associate sitting on the other side Rhea, and she is so helpless. I wish there is some Legal procedure to curb all these people who do fraud like this. AND FOR WHOM WHO IS LEAVING RATING 5, PLEASE DONT DO THAT UNTIL YOU HAVE FULL EXPERIENCE WITH THEM, MANY PEOPLE FOLLOW THESE RATINGS AND GETTING INTO TRAP OF THESE KIND OF FRAUD

Ordered 2 sarees which I didn't like once I received it- shine and weight of sarees is different than expected. They have a very elaborate return policy. If you buy the sarees and not like it for any reason, return is not accepted. They have so much confidence in their product and their website images that it is not possible for anyone to dislike the product once ordered. I am stuck with sarees that I ordered because they do not accept returns- the thickness and shine is different. They don't understand that fall of the fabric is dependent on the weight of the fabric. Shine in photograph shown on website is different than actual fabric. So take note of all this and then order. Refund is initiated only in case of defective pieces which they usually discredit because they take pride in their quality checks and without looking at the fabric term that customer is wrong hence cannot honour return request. Unless it is a glaring defect like hole in the sarees, I do not think they will ever accept any return request. Their only argument is that quality is attested by the silk mark of India and in case of any issues, customers need to reach out to this third party. Only in case of genuine ( genuineness is established by them by looking at photos) quality issues return request is honoured immediately. Be it a wedding or event that we are hosting, it is very disappointing that we need to spend time to sort out these issues. Money is one point but it is distressing that you are made to look like a fool by not performing 100 percent due diligence on the vendor and trusting their customer service to resolve concerns before placing an order. They believe that customer doesn't understand that handloom sarees can have uneven weaving which is not a quality issue ( As per conversation on call) This post is to help viewers make an informed decision before buying.
