I am writing this review on behalf of my childhood friend, Shreyta Pradhan, who has gone through grave injustice at the hands of mr professional moron over here. Calling Biswaraj incompetent would be an understatement. Marriage is a sacred once-in-a-lifetime event for a woman. He charged my friend a premium for a two day shoot, only to lose nearly all of the crucial family interviews. The photos also were subpar at best. Worse, rather than come out and openly and genuinely accept his grave mistake - he delayed her for months after erasing those irreplaceable moments. At last rather than replying to my friend since she had been in communication with him since the beginning, Biswaraj messaged her husband portraying himself as the ultimate victim. So Biswaraj should quit this profession because what he needs is a pacifier and a therapist. PS- I hope you atleast have the decency to return Shreyta’s money after the monumental mistake which is entirely YOUR fault.

Very bad experience with this photographer. We'd booked him for my sisters wedding, and he had promised the deliverables within 3 months. They only delivered the contents after 5+ months. Moreover the photos and videos were of very mediocre quality. The most outrageous part was that he admitted to having lost a lot of important videos and photos due to storage mismanagement. They care only about money and not about giving the customer good service. Please stay away from them

A Wedding Experience Turned Nightmare – Avoid at All Costs I booked Biswaraj Photography for my wedding, held from 14th to 16th December 2024, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst experiences imaginable. While they initially committed to delivering all the final photos and videos within three months—a timeline I felt was already quite long—I accepted it. However, the three months stretched into five, and what I finally received was incredibly disappointing: poor-quality videos, rushed editing, and carelessly done photographs. To make matters worse, I later discovered that some of my wedding videos were missing entirely. After weeks of trying to understand what went wrong, I was told the unthinkable— THEY DELETED SOME OF MY WEDDING VIDEOS AND OVERWRITE ON IT FOR OTHER SHOOT due to their storage mismanagement. And this information was only given to me after 4-5 months when I could not find some events of the wedding in my videos. Now after intense follow up, they have informed it cannot be retrieved. The most absurd part? There is audacity to offer to "reshoot" parts of the wedding—SIX months after the actual event!!1 This experience was incredibly distressing and left me with irreparable gaps in the memories of what should have been the most special days of my life. If you're looking for a reliable and professional wedding photographer, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Highly unprofessional, mediocre and A WEDDING NIGHTMARE YOU POSSIBLY WANT TO AVOID AT ANY COST!! Completely unworthy of handling such important life events.
