Blink Captures

Ruined my wedding photos and videos 1. Traditional video - They did not capture any video more than 2 mins long. So many moments were missed. They did not capture one full-length video of the bridegroom's performance as well, let alone the performance of any other member of the family. 2. Groundwork - His team was not aware of the immediate family member of the bride-groom as well so had to brief them on the stage itself and every day a different person was coming. And still was not sure during the deliverables and missing someone or other with lame excuses that we will cover in the next video. 3. Cinematic video - Did not capture important members of the family(parents as well). Had to ask multiple times and still did not add good moments, just picked random shots and added and when asked to change the shot, simply refused to do it. 4. Deliverables - Had to literally follow up every day on the progress and gave the delivery after 9 months of marriage. 5. Coverage - Did not cover multiple important moments in marriage. 6. False update - told us that changes for videos are done, then when I pushed to share the videos, called us asking what were the changes you asked. 7. Photo album - Very bad quality material and photo editing in any of the albums almost all the photos were blurred as well. 8. Too Rude and arrogant, as we had paid most of the amount, in providing a proper update. 9. False promises: Never stayed on his word regarding timeline. We had some family emergency so we got few days delayed in giving him information, he started giving us warning that he will print whatever he has as there is lots of pressure from designer. And once we gave the photo he delayed for months saying he is stuck in some other work so couldn't co-ordinate with the designer. 10. Frames: Given 3 frames and all the photos are blurred so you cannot hang them anywhere as well. PS: If hiring him do not pay more than 50% of the money till he provides all the deliverables else he will make your life hell. He will say yes to everything until paid.

Passion is the genesis of genius and talking of kunal and team they really got some good skills as they take the stakes to a whole another level... the quality of work they provide at such low rates is really rare , the hospitality they frame for their customers is so vivid .... Experience is the comb that Nature gives us after we are bald,working with kunal and team (blink captures) had so much good memories as he knows already what's going through costumers mind ,there needs...... costumer seems to be first priority ....seriously telling my experience , now i am not a shoot model ....but the work and results shows really things are different ...... he is capable of making things out of you ...as a sign of professionalism.
