Her work is undoubtedly better than many in Jaipur, but my experience was disappointing. I booked her bridal makeup services for my wedding. The makeup itself was good—no complaints there. However, I had specifically requested HD makeup, yet she went ahead and did airbrush makeup without informing or consulting me beforehand. Just as I was about to leave for the venue and make the payment, I was suddenly asked to pay an additional ₹5,000. When I brought up the fact that the change wasn’t discussed with me, I requested some flexibility on the charges, but she refused. Since it was my wedding day, I didn’t want to argue and ended up paying the extra amount. While her work is good, her professionalism and work ethic were disappointing. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience to have on such an important day.

I can’t even begin to express how grateful I am for the incredible work chitra did for my wedding day. From the moment I met her, I knew I was in great hands. She took the time to understand my vision and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. On the big day, she truly worked magic, enhancing my natural beauty while making sure I felt like the best version of myself. I received countless compliments on my makeup, and I couldn’t have been happier with the final look. I felt absolutely radiant and confident, which made all the difference on such an important day. Oh I can’t express in words what wonder Chitra can do with her makeup brush and techniques.
