Shweta's work is divine! I wanted a veil matching my ancestral jewellery and I did not have any elements of my outfit with me. She worked with me and kept me calm.. she delivered as expected and the veil rounded off my bridal look beautifully. I did get some delayed responses but no missed deadlines which is admirable for a small business. I'd recommend her highly and looking forward to seeing her grow into something huge :)

Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs We placed an order for a bridal veil and made full payment in advance. When the delivery date came, we simply asked for photos of the finished veil, but the seller kept delaying and making excuses. When we requested a video or delivery update, the owner shockingly responded that she would take her own life if we tried to call or message her again. This was an extremely unprofessional and disturbing experience. No accountability, no real product, and completely unacceptable behavior. Please think twice before ordering — we strongly advise others to stay away from this seller.

Please do not ever place an order with this vendor! She’s absolutely crazy. On cancelling my order with her because of her unprofessional behaviour, she insulted my mother in law and mother who had travelled all the way to her boutique, even after informing her in advance. She was asking them to come another day. Started screaming at my mothers and threw my mom’s chappal towards her.

I found Sphinx Veils on Instagram one day when I was looking for vendors. I wanted something elegant and personalised which was custom made for me. Shweta was the perfect choice for that, she listened to what I wanted and translated the design into the veil perfectly. She designs a different design for each of her brides (which is something I find absolutely wonderful). She sent me the sketches before she started with the embroidery. We made some tweaks to the personalization and it came out so beautifully. Ahhh I just love the pictures and how effortlessly it falls. I just love it. I would highly recommend you choose her for your big day, she works for it as if it’s for her own. Really. Well done sheets ! Keep up the good work. More love and light to you !!
