The manager lacks the basic skills required to manage a salon and should be replaced with someone who is at least literate, well-educated, and capable of treating clients with the respect they deserve. I had some miscommunication from their end regarding the prices but despite my repeated polite requests to be heard, she continued to argue with me, refuse to listen, and ignored the fact that the call recording proved my case. Instead of resolving the issue, she resorted to questioning my qualifications and spoke to me in a demeaning and condescending manner. Same for the owner too. Even he does not know how to treat customers with respect and courtesy. Kept on shouting and harassing me to extort money. And it’s not just about their behaviour but the work they perform is subpar and incredibly basic & below average, far from what they claim to offer. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Save your time and money guys.
