First of all. Karthik is a Scam!! Ruined our wedding memories. Never got our pics, we kept chasing him and he never responds to calls or texts. Till now we have not received our videos. His team is full of junk scammers who doesn’t do their job well. Video samples we received was so pathetic. When you first talk to Karthik, he talks as if he knows everything but seems he could not do basic edit of our pics. Forget videos, they were so horrible and we are waiting on final videos. He buys time to get things done and never responds. Report to concerned authorities to take action against him and let’s flag this guy to save the customers from scam. Avoid this photographer(which he truly doesn’t qualify to be one)

Working with Karthik was one of THE most frustrating experiences we had. After the event, he gave us a raw/unedited/unfiltered set of 1700 pictures for us to delete duplicates and select what we want. He provided zero help in sorting through the duplicates and would keep making excuses to not meet (in person or online). A year plus later of back and forth and we still didn’t get the deliverables we were promised. We are now doing all of that ourselves after we have closed the contract with him. The coverage of the event was shoddy, the video had no creativity (just some copy paste work) and interactions with him most unsatisfying and frustrating. We would not recommend him to anyone!

To all the brides and grooms who takes up this service, please refrain from paying anything more than 50% of the quoted amount to Karthik before delivery else you are likely to end up waiting a year for all the photographs and videos. I have paid about 90% of the quoted amount promptly and Its been a year since my wedding and i have still not got the album and the drone shots. I got the photos after 5 months of continuous follow up, calls and escalations. Karthik also come up with all possible excuses to delay such as network, hard disk related issue stories and many more or he wont pick up the call at all. You have to repeatedly follow up through every channel. He even threatened to cancel the contract when i kept following up and escalating the matter. Extremely unprofessional! When my family wrote reviews in google, he called to tell about how great he is as a photographer and that he is a well- known person in Mahadevpura. I have asked him to pay the undelivered portion of money back and he wont do that. This review is not fake and i have proof of what i have written here. I am so glad that we stumbled across wedding clickz. I can’t say enough about how professional the team is and the quality of work that they provide. Having an attention to detail, they manage to get fantastic shots capturing both the fun moments and the heartwarming ones which one can cherish forever through life. What makes them outstanding is their patience, energy, and friendliness during the whole process. The team really makes you comfortable on the day when you are most filled with emotions.

Loved weddingclickz Photography First of all, their punctuality is something to be appreciated. Secondly, they produce shots and videos just the way you wish. Most importantly, they give you result till you get satisfied. Highly cooperative when it comes to delivering the desired results. In my case, I took months to do my part of selecting photos for album but kartik always delivers on time.

Had a friend book Weddingclickz for their dream wedding celebration and the team forgot to capture drone shots for which they had taken money in advance. Many months have passed since the event and Kartik is yet to provide the marriage photo album! This is very much unprofessional and the ignorant attitude of Kartik towards the issue is a cause for concern. Avoid them if you want peace of mind for you events and book photographers who have >10 reviews with around 90% positive reviews only.

We had one of our family friends wedding ceremony in June 2022. Until the wedding date everything was smooth. Karthik coordinated the whole thing. It’s been 7 months and still we have not received albums and videos. He took complete payment and never delivered everything. Most unpleasant and horrible experience. Karthik, who are the coordinator of this did not answer our calls or messages. He procrastinated, mislead us. When asked for deliverables he always came up with uncanny stories. They mentioned they would cover drone photography and later on when we asked for drone videos, he in fact said he would deliver and with persistent follow up he agreed that drone was not covered or flown. This is unprofessional and shows his caliber of lying. We demanded refund for all the pain and trouble but he refused to refund. So if you want to go through this hassle of constant follow ups wedding clicks is your perfect find. We recommend to avoid these people. Basically they scammed us. These people don’t have work ethics. They outsourced editings and get things done was a hassle with lot of reasons, really not sure if they are technically capable of getting this done. Looks like He has made this a habit to ruin lot of wedding memories and you can see in the reviews here with lot of people complaining in similar state. Most unprofessional photographers.

We had a very unpleasant experience with them. We had hired them for my brother's marriage, and they had promised us to deliver quality pics in time which they didn't. We had to follow up with them for several months to get the pics. I would definitely NOT recommend them.

[Short summary: If you love running around people for 3-5 months to get one reply from them, you have found the perfect photographer] Me and my husband got our wedding anniversary indoor shoot with them (in the first week of May, 2022). Initially, everything seemed fine, we got prompt replies, they arrived on time and the photography was done fine. We were happy after the shoot. However, Karthik promised us that he would deliver the pictures within 2 days since he does not like delaying his work. This was not true. For 2 months after that, we didn’t receive any photographs or videos from them. They used to reply once in 15 days to repeated messages, always reassuring that it will be done by the same weekend. We had to crib and crib and we made repeated calls for hours to him and his wife (who was co-ordinating the entire thing). After a lot of nagging and cribbing, we received our pictures, in the month of July. We were still waiting for our videos, but after that, the frequency of replies from their side reduced even more. Prathima, who portrays herself as the client manager for these assignments, never ever picked our calls. We got 1-2 replies in a month from Kartik, and that too after calling 60 times in a hour (my husband used to leave for office, and kept calling him until he reached his office). With that kind of time investment and hassle, we managed to get 1 line replies from them. All the replies were lies. Kartik used to say that he would give the videos by next morning positively and then went on radio silence for 15 days. He used to say that he would come to our home to deliver the videos, and even confirmed the date and time of visit, and then ignore our calls for 15 days. We paid separately for video editing but never received the video. At one point we gave up the hope that they would ever give us the edited videos and we gave them an ultimatum to give us the raw videos. My husband said he would go to their home near Bagmane Constellation, to collect the raw videos. After giving excuses about how nobody will be at home, they eventually agreed to hand over the raw videos, towards the end of August. After requesting for a refund for video editing, they finally agreed. What was exceptionally unacceptable to me was the sarcastic replies on the closure of the entire thing (when they were refunding the editing charges). Prathima rarely replies to calls or messages, but when she does, her sarcastic replies make it sound like the client is at fault in all of this. There were multiple delays, falsely promised timelines multiple times, false excuses, repeated failure to commit on timeline and a lot of stress. We feel that we got lucky because we persisted to contact them daily and we kept calling until 1am in the morning to make them finally give us a human reply on the timelines, but not everybody would want to go through this hassle and most people would have dropped the case against them. I waited to receive everything before I posted this review. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

*BIG RED FLAG* Don’t get fooled by KARTHIK guys. We haven’t still got our wedding deliverables been more than 2 months. Initially he promised everything to be delivered within the first two weeks after our wedding (except for the album) since we were in India for a limited time and had to travel back to USA. After two weeks of being away, he requested for an extension of two more weeks, which we had no option, but to agree to. It’s been two months and we’ve almost followed up everyday and these people don’t have basic courtesy to communicate, business ethics or conscience to what they commit to clients. This guy is a BIG BIG REDFLAG. He will send you some decent(<10) edited pics to flatter you and NEVER DELIVERS anything more. His editing is mediocre for rest of other pics. You will get a few descent edited pics and any feedback given on the other pictures is never addressed properly. While all edits look different, and are mediocre( I am really not sure if he gets for 10 pics edited by some 3rd party or different vendors he works with coz rest are so so mediocre and below average edits). KARTHIK, Comes up with LAME reasons to buy time such as he is traveling, out of network, no internet, no hardrive access, his hard drive crashed, pics are on different computer, someone being sick, and the list just goes on... I AM TELLING YOU GUYS PLEASE BE REALLY REALLY CAREFUL. They talk back and impersonate you when you try to follow up for services you have paid for. I have everything well documented reach out to me on instagram if you need more information or if you experienced the same. Karthik, you have not been responding to our calls and messages for almost a month now. We are getting worried now. The services which you offered to provide us may not be a big deal to you, but they mean a lot me as those items were the most important memory of my wedding. I am sure it is needless to explain the significance of wedding and its memories in someone's life. Not only emotions, I have transacted quite a large amount of money to you, to preserve those memories in form of high quality photos and videos. That money was earned with a lot of hardwork. We work hard and do strategic savings to make our wedding memorable not only for our own self, but also for the relatives. I thought of you as a very responsible and polite person, and believed in your work, hence booked you for handling all the photography service. But the current behaviour of yours is very depressing. I still believe that you are going to provide me all the deliverables promised by you in your email (high quality conventional video, remaining candid pics and videos clicked by you, and the caverqwedding album promised by you), and hence giving you 1 week of time. If you fail to provide them by 19th Feb 2022, then I am afraid that I will be forced to take legal action on this.
