Our experience was a catastrophe, and I'm shocked that a professional service provider like yours could stoop so low. We had booked Ultra HD makeup with hairdo for my daughter and mother, expecting a premium experience based on your glowing Google reviews and assurances over the phone. Instead, your team treated us like a low-budget gig. They arrived, rushed through the process, and seemed more focused on finishing quickly than delivering quality. The travesty included: - Saree palla was inexplicably mishandled and looked sloppy - Safety pins were visibly used on the blouse – unthinkable for a professional service - The workspace was left in disarray with tissue paper strewn around - My mother's dupatta was not set properly, requiring me to step in and salvage the situation - The makeup was an absolute disaster, nowhere close to the Ultra HD quality I paid for. It looked like basic, subpar makeup. - The hairdo was a joke – the curls I opted for lasted barely an hour! - To top it off, their makeup kit looked dirty and unhygienic – I regret not clicking a picture to include here. I've seen your response to my review, and it's appalling how you twisted the truth. You claim everything was perfect, yet you're offering a free service next time? Are you kidding me? If everything was perfect, why the need for a "complimentary" service? Your response only highlights your denial and lack of accountability. I demand an explanation for this shocking lack of professionalism and accountability. I expect a full refund and a personal apology. I will be sharing this experience on all major review platforms, social media, and with consumer protection agencies to ensure others don't suffer similarly.
