I also want to share my experience with Charmi here.... It is very easy to defame anyone on social media platforms these days specially who have become a name in the industry... I have booked Charmi for my mehendi and bridal makeup on 15-16th nov 2025 but due to some personal reasons we had to change the dates to 29-30th Nov...her team was so cooperative with me, after so many discussions and phone calls she somehow managed to finalise my dates...as she knew how important this day is for a BRIDE, her entire team was so good to me they managed everything so well... she herself calld me just to make sure that I am okay with the timings and everything... On 29th nov her senior makeup artist was not available for my sister's makeup ... she herself did her makeup after mine and made sure that she is also completely satisfied with the look, that's how Charmi is... Just like me I know she has made several other brides dream come to reality, please don't get fooled because of such reviews because I can vouch for her, nobody can do this level of makeup in Delhi... it's pure Art... more power to you Charmi and your team♥️♥️

But for the next several months, whenever I tried to rebook: • She was “already booked” • Her team was “busy” • Suddenly new policies appeared — like party makeup being valid only for 3 months, or the amount being usable only on two days • These terms were NEVER mentioned at booking • And when I pointed that out, she admitted she hadn’t told me A “6-month validity” is meaningless if the artist NEVER has availability. ⸻ ❌ UNPROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION This was the most emotionally draining part. Brides, PLEASE: ✔️ NEVER PREPAY, they create urgency to get payment from you and show cooperative behaviour until you do. ✔️ Don’t let popularity fool you ✔️ Double-check availability before paying, take complete calendar beforehand so in case you have to change dates, she cant excuse unavailability every time you try to utilise the service you prepay for in good faith. ✔️ Choose artists who value clients, not just their image Not all that glitters on Instagram is gold.

Extremely disappointed by the unprofessionalism of both management and staff. Despite charging a premium and initially confirming availability, they went silent after I agreed to proceed. Only after repeated follow-ups did they say they were unavailable—then backtracked again with vague excuses. For a service tied to someone’s big day, this lack of clarity and accountability is unacceptable. If you only prioritise certain clients, be upfront about it.
