We conducted a wedding for my niece at Surya Complex Lucknow on 28 Feb 2024 . Earlier we had been to Lucknow in Nov to finalise Caterer and Decorators for the event . It became apparent from the beginning that most of the events held at Surya Complex was being hosted by Chef & Butler despite the fact that their were a long list of Event Managers on the panel. We were given a smart presentation and sampled their food preparations and decided to engage their services. The bride and her elder sister wanted fresh flower for the decor where as the Gold and the platinum package offered by them had little fresh flower content . We had another meeting with Ankit and his gracious wife Pratiksha on 25 th Feb with the elder sister in presence . Together they were able to evolve a near complete fresh flower decor; definitely a new in their scheme of things. The Final product on the Wedding Day was appreciated by one and all. The food was tasty , served piping hot and the hospitality excellent led by their Supervisor Julie. It was a truly remarkable experience for a destination Wedding where all are concerns and needs were addressed with elan and better still Value For Money ! I wish the team of Chef & Butler all the best in all their future endeavours! The hospitality business is like an ocean where the needs trends and merchandise keep changing all the time . One of the best decisions we made while planning my sister's wedding was to use Chef and Butler’s services. Ankit and his team of thorough professionals walk your journey of planning and executing your event with you - to make it memorable for everyone. Everyone - from Ankit, to on-ground operations team, to the servers - were always prompt and courteous - which made a lot of difference. Our guests were also appreciative of the hospitality from the servers' side. His wife, Pritiksha, understood my requirements for decor well and went way above and beyond to bring our vision to reality. Again, this was appreciated by guests and other hosts, alike! We Got the details online then we tired sample of there event it was great we decided to stick with this caterer for my son's birthday . We are very happy with service and food quality Worth every penny u spent on Catering. Great value for money . North Indian curries are great tasted best no watery like other caterers. No over oily on the curries Rumali roti was so soft prepared live not harder like other places. Corn Cheese Nest was so tasty and mouth watering . Finally comes to complimentary sweet ( Imarti & Rabri was so tasty ) would like to order more any event . All 350 guests were talking only about food asking contact details about caterer .
