I have had hair color from Chandigarh location and it faded away in just 1 month. They used those colors which I told them not to use but didn’t bother to listen that I wanted Loreal and not any brand which they were promoting and new shampoos or conditioners for their sales. Even my friend had got her hair color and it faded before 1 month. It was really terrible!!!! Last time I have got it done from Hairmasters and headmasters both lasted for minimum 1-1.5 year before fading away and still was visible for around 2 years and from Cleopatra it faded away. My friend had smoothening done which is now damaged in 2 months and I had anti frizz treatment for hair which is now as normal as it was before after 2 months. My biggest mistake was to think Cleopatra would be like the one it used to be before and got my pre wedding hair services and makeup from here. Truly waste of money Secondly I have got my engagement makeup done they charged and booked me for Ultra HD makeup but did airbrush when I told them I didn’t want airbrush as it is very patchy and cakey, they makeup artist just shut me up and did what she wanted to do and was least concerned with what I needed or told her before. My mother’s makeup and saree draping was also not done well and we both look so terrible that I didn’t even got my engagement pictures done. I was so upset when I saw myself before leaving Cleopatra and I told that makeup artist to correct it but she was super rude and didn’t bother to correct my face. I wasn’t comfortable in myself and everyone in my family who saw me that day was so angry and I cried on my Big Day. Thankyou so much Cleopatra for spoiling such a special occasion of my life where I needed to feel special but your team has just spoiled my experience. I am never coming back to this Cleopatra and none of my friends or relatives would ever come after this disgusting treatment and behavior
