My friend had hired clicksunlimited for their wedding in Goa. It was a 5 days ceremony in all. The entire crew were always in toes and made sure every gesture was captured. ours was an inter faith court wedding followed by a very intimate gathering of friends and close family for haldi, mehendi and reception. Sonal understood our set up and our requirement. Not even once did she push us for services which were not relevant to our arrangement. Our venue was a banquet hall of a boutique hotel with limited space for taking pictures but inspite of all these challenges, Sonal took mesmerising and stunning images. Some of the images were absolutely breathtaking. she is a passionate woman and all those who are looking for unique and memorable photos for their Big Day should definitely book her for their D day.

Indeed the best photographer in mumbai. Having your most important day captured with such a brilliant team and the most enthusiastic photographer Sonal Dalmia. Amazing detail shots and most creative pre weddings. All of them who are looking for some really out of the box pictures, Book them.

One word- Regret! When I first contacted Sonal, she made it sound like she is the most creative in the business. Creativity is far fetched a word, getting basic good shots and angles and lighting is also not het forte. Most shots had bad, rather weird angles. Over zoomed sometimes. Despite the camera rolling, a lot of scenes were not captured in the video. Photograph quality and poor lighting with the most awkward shots is what you will get. Despites having the beat outfits and location, I didn’t get even a single good solo shot captured being a bride. No brownie points to guess that the groom didn’t have half a good solo shot too.

Avoid using Sonals business. When we first contacted her from London to get a quote, she was on speedy to get back to us, and she even kept following up but that didnt bother us. However, we should have seen the red flag when as soon as we agreed a price, every day she kept pushing us to make the payment. I understand that you need a deposit but you must be able to do things more professionally. Anyway, in the end we had to send a cheque, and she said she didnt receive it so we had to make another payment when in India. She sent a 3 people, only one seemed to know a bit of what he was doing - I wouldnt call it a professional service from beginning to finish. Her team were taking pictures and videos of people eating and we had to tell them to stop. As soon as she secured the business, she was pretty rude throughout, and became unhelpful and unwilling to do the basics. I sent her a list of photos to edit with file names and she said we had to re-upload the files, which i think is ridiculous and time consuming for clients. Until now i havent gotten anything except the raw photos all unedited or the videos edited below the standard of a professional. To make things worse, 3 months after our wedding and she banked the cheque she said she lost and although she enventually repaid it, it took her a month and a half to fix it because apparently her team made the mistake. I didnt understand how she was so on the ball when the cheque wasnt recieved in the post and kept at us every day, and then all of sudden the said lost cheque is banked. See the red flags, and avoid! It is not worth the money she will quote you so be sure to bring it down to basic photographer fees! Don't be fooled by the images she has on her site.

Sonal and her team are very good and talented,clicking picture is an art and sonal puts her soul in this art, she tries to capture each and every moment and she designs it very beautifully so when you see your own self in her pictures you get amazed and say what a wow moment it is ...very nice and professional work...

Sonal is the least professional lady we met. We had so many issues with her. It was a mistake hiring her for our wedding. 1) liar: we wanted our ring photos on ring ceremony. I asked her if she took the pics of our rings during the event and she said yes. My wife also asked her again and she said yes. Now the irony is we do not have a proper ring pics for ring ceremony. Even though we reminded her few times. When we got the pics and told her she started to yell back at us without being apologetic. 2) no cinematic shoot of family members in reception, even tho we had hired a cinematographer. We had to use footage from traditional videographer to fill the gaps in our highlight video. 3) our interview video could not be done. She took my family's video in a noisy background even though we had a room available during sangeet day to shoot a better audio quality for the interview. She said she will do my wife's side of the family interview on our wedding day. She did not do it even though we told her. She ended up taking the video a week after our wedding. She sent her videographer without a mic. The photographer wasn't even aware he was there for an interview shoot and said Sonal didn't tell him what to ask. We then created the questions to shoot. 4) delivery: I was flying back to canada a month after our wedding. We had specifically told her before hiring that we want post productions, albums cd's everything to be delivered within 20 days of our event so that I can take them along with me. She didn't even start our work for almost 2 months. I and my wife would go to meet her editor every now and then to get things done. When we questioned her, she said I want 2 hard disks. I mean I had already given her a 2TB hard disk. Why would anyone give 2 hard disks. The reason she wanted 2 hard disks is because her video editor is In nalasupara and her photo editor is in parel. That is not the client's concern. And if this was the case, she should have told us in advance. Not 1 month after the event. We had already sent her our prewedding pics for editing and albums. Already sent bridal portrait pictures for editing and selection. She only edited our prewedding pictures. We waited 3 months. She did not even bother to even start work on a single picture. Luckily we got the cinematic highlight videos because I and my wife would make frequent trips to get it done. 5) no respect for privacy: we told sonal to not put any of our pictures on social media. I even said to delete any copies of our pictures that she has on her system. She said she has deleted our pictures and does not have any media for social media. We checked her instagram a few days later and found our pictures on instagram. I messaged her and she said it must be social media girls. She will delete. Which she did. But guess what. She has our pictures on her website. Even though we specifically said to respect our privacy. 6) few times during our function, we had specific things. We had paid her, we hired her, she should respect her client. But no. She would threaten us that I can't do. You hire someone else. I mean there is already enough stress during these events and now you have to tolerate threats from someone you paid to do her job as per the contract. 7) In the end, we only got our videos, only because we kept going personally. We got edited pre-wedding pictures because our prewedding was done approx 20 days prior to our function. Our sangeet pictures, our wedding pictures, our reception pics, our haldi pictures, our bandoli pictures - she didn't even start editing them. I waited 3 months since our event, with me and my wife constantly reminding her every week. She would keep giving excuses. It is not my job to remind the person I hired for the job she is hired for. Then I got frustrated and told her not to do these things as I am hiring someone else. We have not received any albums from her and we ended our terms. In the end. Hire her at your own risk. If you do, do not use the contract she sends you. Put each and every detail in the contact, and I mean every detail. Do not take her word for it.

Everything at the start when i booked her for my wedding was alryt. But at the day of the wedding i heard from my relatives she was very rude with them durin the clicking of pictures if any of them would by mistake come in front of the camera. Secondly, during the wedding and my engagemnt day we called them and after everything was done we asked them for the video that time we get to know tht the video guys camera was spoilt and he couldnt take my wedding and engagemnt video good . He took it toooo dark. When asked why was this not corrected so i get to hear frm him “ sorry my mistake” . Today i do not have any of my ceremony videos at all. Not at all professional at her work.. I had to make them compensate for it by taking extra albums frm them but for that as well she wasnt agreeing to give us. We somehow managed after a huge arguemnt to get the extra albums done . Pictures clicked were good. And her photographer who edited my albums his work is really good. But we were not at all happy with her work and behaviour. Too much attitude and rudeness. She took 3 months just to give my albums . We had to literally call them again n again just to say pls make our albums fast .

The photographer was good. The photos clicked on venues were good. But, the videos taken weren't good. The camera of the video was faulty but the camara man didn't inform nor changed it and because of which I didn't have my wedding video from my side which is very disappointing. The owner, Sonal was also too rude to guest , members of my family and even on my inlaws. All my guests and inlaw complaint regarding her attitude. SHe was talking rudely with the people who were coming in farm of photos.
