Amazing is an under word for this team. Great team spirit, full on passion, always on toes, excited for every shot. Had seen their work at friend's wedding, so suggested them to my uncle for my cousin sister. Groom's family had their family photographer, so it took lot of efforts for my sister to convince them to hire a new team. But they were already impressed with their presentation in the meeting. And with their enthusiasm, punctuality, dedication and creativity, their family was totally spell bound. From taking each and every family members pictures and video to being on time all the functions, they were professional. Pictures and video quality were very good. They delivered everything as committed within 2 months. Also gave one complimentary album when we asked for it. We had wonderful time with this people. We had availed their services in February 2020, we are still waiting for our wedding album photos to be delivered and it will be 3 years this February 2023 and still no response. When asked for sharing the album or refund the album amount, the team has gone absconding. On every call there is a commitment from Yasmin or her team members, that it will be resolved. And we will get our album soon, but no response thereafter. In fact there were different stories of why it wasn't delivered every time we managed to get in contact with them. Lately, the discussion is on whether the amount should be refunded since we have posted a review which according to Yasmin is the end of agreement. Customer service ends if a customer posts a review against a service provider. Strange, if all businesses start thinking this way. If an honest review from a customer hurts, they should focus on providing timely service and deliver what has been committed. In case of any deviation, a simple communication works, which was missing. After 3 years of struggling with them, we have planned to take action. It is unfortunate that we had decided to collaborate with them. Avoid to avail their service.

Did a quite decent job at my engagement. Was very impressed with candid pictures. Though we had a family photographer, my friend insisted we hired them. And it was not a bad decision. Team was decently dressed up and showed before time. We had to wrap up the event by 11' but friends and families kept dancing till 1' There was no complain or cribbing from the team. Well disciplined young bunch of talents. Being a shy bride, they had a challenge to take my camera facing pictures but they managed to do it really well. Didn't expect to take getting ready shots. But they did take some beautiful shots. I wanted some pictures with my pet and since he was very aggressive, they calmed him down and managed those too. So overall I am happy & satisfied. We hired them for my brother in law's wedding, and i couldn't resist but write about their wonderful craft. They understand your requirement really well and live upto their commitment. We received entire photos & videos within a week. We did not have to follow up for anything with them. They were on time for all the functions. We were almost 1 hour late for all the events but they were very patient and were pleasant throughout. And wehn it comes to output, it's purely appreciable. Very dedicated young team who's always smiling. They don't have any issue with working late if the event extends. We were feeling bad as we had called them early morning at 6 am and event started at 7.30. We apologised but they were really sweet and helped us with some decore ideas too. It was a good experience with overall satisfying output. Yasmin & Rubina gave personal attention to our requirements. Being a rather introvert bride, I didn't know how they will make me comfortable in front of cameras. But they patiently waited till the time I was not nervous and ready to pose. Since I didn't wanted me & my husband to have couple shoot in front of family, they waited till 2.30 am till all the relatives had gone to their rooms. I think we did the shooting till 4 am and again morning they woke up at 6 am for the Pooja. I was really impressed with their punctuality. They made sure to capture all 900 plus guests. No one could say that they are missing from the pictures or videos. Specially my family is bit conscious when it comes to photography but they requested everyone to come at photobooth for the pictures. We have family & single shots of every member. I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. I had hired them for capturing my wedding photographs and videos. Worst decision of my life. They did not deliver any of the videos or the album according to the agreed upon timelines and kept delaying everything. When given feedback about the quality of work not being upto the mark, they threatened to cancel the agreement and stop working on our project even though they’d already taken 85% of the payment. After a lot of coaxing from me (working in the service industry, they want the client to beg for their services, yuck) they finally agreed to work on my videos. The wedding promo which was supposed to be ready within two weeks was given to me after 7-8 months of my wedding. The worst part was them constantly making excuses for not sending me the rest of the videos and finally after a year revealing that they’d lost the footage from an important ceremony from my husband’s side and the footage from my wedding day! How can any wedding photography company be so callous and lose the footage? They also treated it like it was no big deal, yeah we lost the footage, so what - that was their attitude. It’s been more than two years now and despite how upset I was, I wasn’t going to bother writing a review till I realised writing one would save another couple from all the heartbreak and sadness my husband, I and our families went through. Please save yourself the stress and find better people to cover such an important event in your life.

Hello I am Sagar and my best friend got his photography done from confetti films. I saw the team working very hard dedicatedly and with sheer excitement since 10 am till 1 am. No complains, no cribbing which we experienced during my other friends wedding. So this time we were very cautious while choosing our artist. They have young team and our full of cheerfulness. We received pictures in 3 days which surprised us as with past experience we thought we shall get our photos after a month. A very well edited video came a week after photos and I must say they are very good with song selection. Effects were very briliant and also it made the bride emotional as her bidai was captured and edited very nicely. We gave them lot of addition and deletion in the video but they were very sweet to handle all our changes and we also took lot of time to give our photos to edit. They have project manager who handles the queries of the client nicely. We visited their office wherein we met editing team who were there with us till 11 in the night. Over all very great experience. There are lot of weddings coming your way. So be ready. All the best for your future projects 😃

Confetti Films was the biggest and the only mistake we made in the entire wedding! Do not, I repeat DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY! Once they have received their payment, no body will bother to reply, or bother to send you your photographs/ videos/ content! They were supposed to send 6 people in all of their crew, because they were going to cover both the bride and the grooms side of photography, instead only 4 arrived and then there were clashes happening because they couldn’t cover the functions of both the sides at the same time! Now, its been almost a year since the wedding, they wont give us the wedding album as promised, nor have they give us the edited pictures and videos as promised! The funny part is we haven’t yet received the wedding pre-shoot edited pictures let alone the wedding pictures! And communication with them is always a one sided story, never gotten any response . All in all, my suggestion would be to think a 100 times before hiring Confetti as your wedding photographer! Photographs is the only way we can capture those special memories for a lifetime and trust me, you dont want to lose all your memories just like we did! Highly disappointed

I have seen their work at my best friend's sister's wedding. Since my friend's fiance's family hired them, we didn't meet the team earlier. And my friend kept cribbing that she could not meet the photographer, she was insecure that if they will understand her desires. So I advised her to call the main photographer and explain him her taste. We three spoke for about 30 min, he patiently heard our entire requirements and understood our expectations. Immediately after ending our conversation, he made the group and asked us to freely send references for pictures and videos. We flooded the group with 100's of pictures and videos. He did not ignore even our single text. And finally the day arrived where we actually met the team. They were bunch of very young and pleasant people. They arrived an hour before time, so that they spend time with couple, their friends and also took all took all of us out for some cool shots before the ceremony. We had a blast for 3 days. They sneaked in some corners to take their perfect shots. We could not control our excitement and troubled the photographer on group for pictures and videos immediately after wedding. We received pictures in 8 days and first video in 12 days. They just took our breath away. we all were waiting for our clicks and our appearance in the videos. They provided photos & videos on time and yes we did give them multiple changes in the film, which they patiently adhered. I would just say everyone around that just don't think much and hire them if you really want the best memories of your wedding. Trust me guys, it will be worth every penny you spend. They put their heart & soul into shoot as well as creating videos.

But I was mistaken, as this team meets you and understands the minutest detail about each and every event. They get friendly with couple and their family. Worst experience amongst all the wedding vendors. They lost our wedding day data and now fail to reply on any calls or messages. They are answering calls from new and unknown numbers but not from ours. We tried all ways possibl with acts of goodness to retrieve our data but all in vain The owner forced us to review a five star before giving the data and said if we don't, we won't get a single days data. They didnt have enough Stff to work with. Our project was delayed by 4 months with almost 10 percent work done whereas the delivery timeline was 10 days. We had to finally ask for raw data and get edits outsourced. However they lost the wedding day data from that too. Definitely not the right photographers. Forget memories, you'll end up in pain

Hello, Well after checking all my patience with this people and giving them end number of chances I decided to write this review. Wedding photos or films are something that stays with you and creates a good memories and this guys have made me cry. I had selected Confetti films for my wedding in 2019 Feb. I received the initial vidoes within there given time frame. The photo album and the entire video I received after requesting and calling them 1000 times for 8-9 months. The reasons were pandemic, lack of workers etc. I was very patient with them till the end because I thought they might spoil the vidoes/photos. They also lost interview of my sister. Not just this, the traditional videos have music from youtube from a musical concert with claps and anchoring in the back. The whole video doesn't have a steady frames at all. If anyone wants I can share the clips of the videos. Just very frustrating experience. The after sale service is pathetic. They don't respond to the call and they will call you 100 times if you have not paid full amount to them.

This is Dr.Siddharth here , just want to bring attention regarding these fraud people. I had a wedding in Feb,2018 where i tied up with these people for my wedding photos and videos and I received my album after TWO YEARS!! These people are fraud earlier mentioned us for 1lac/day package which later they increased and asked for more money and in return they made a DISASTROUS album where photo quality is poorer than my iPhone camera quality also the photographer were not aware of angle from where they can capture better photos they didn’t even blemish or edited any of the pics even in video they haven’t shot bride’s entry video which is the most important part of wedding also these fraud people were resting when bidai part began and didn’t even bothered to shot it. Photographer were interns they had no idea what to capture and what not to this people are has ruined my wedding album and video. Don’t get carried away by seeing the pictures and videos in their portfolios as the end result doesn’t turn like that.YASMIN is the biggest sugar coater don’t fall in her trap.

Confetti Films did the pre-wedding shoot and the wedding coverage for us. The team is really hardworking, but the professionalism missed somewhere. They did a fairly decent job at our pre-wedding shoot, we were happy with the outcome, but the same wasn't delivered at our wedding events. There were communication issues with them as we had to speak to different people all the times to get our things done and this led to delay in delivery of the final product. The images from our wedding weren't even properly edited and hence, we didn't have a great time hiring them!!

They didn't covered the whole wedding properly and the pictures were also of low quality. didn't like the Album they made also. Overall not a good experience.

I was planning my friend's wedding and had hired confetti to cover their special day and they did a fabulous job. Everything was taken care of so smoothly and the couple also felt super comfortable with the team. The pictures were great, the video was awesome with their specialized editing skills, everyone loved it. I highly recommend confetti to everyone.

We booked Confetti Films for our wedding photography and video, but in hindsight we should not have. They were reasonably priced amongst the multiple photographers our wedding planner found but it would have been wiser for us to go with a reputed company who has been in business for sometime and has good reviews. Long story short....they lost our wedding videos and they did not even tell us about it until 6 months after the wedding. The contract we signed stated that the "videos will be delivered within 45 days of the wedding.? 45 days came and went and they kept telling us that videos are in progress and they take some time to edit. Finally, after repeatedly reaching out to the multiple people that we had worked with who would not give us a proper answer, we reached out to the owner of the company (Rubina) who said she will look into it and get back to us. She did get back to us to let us know that all the memory cards and the laptop with the videos got stolen while in transit to the studio. Now what kind of a company would not have any backups of the memory cards? If they would have cared to give us videos in the first 45 days then today we would be able to watch and share memories of the most significant day of our lives. Not only did they lose our wedding videos but they also lost the groom's haldi pictures. They didn?t take any pictures of the groom getting ready either. They are the worst company to deal with, and have horrible customer service. Go ahead and book them if you would like to wait a long time for your pictures, get videos after a year if they don?t lose the memory cards, or if you are high-risk taker and don?t mind losing the memories of the most significant event of your life. They may try to convince you that this was a one time mishap but you never really know if they have appropriate processes in place to backup the media and deliver in the agreed upon time frame. If you?re going to hire them for your wedding or any other special occasion, be prepared to ask your relatives for photos/videos from their phones and live with that for the rest of your lives because Confetti will likely not back up and may overwrite the memory cards or have another mishap. It would be wiser and a lot less stressful to go with another reputed company. This company is the worst ever, we wouldn?t recommend them even if they refunded our advance deposit. Very sad because we could never have our special day again.

The service provided to us by Confetti films has been excellent. The output is amazing!! Exceptional quality of photos and videos with deliverable on time. Everything worked out so prefect that I would strongly recommend this team for your wedding.
