Hello, this group has cheated on us. We arranged them for our son’s marriage on 22nd October 2020. Till today we have not received the videos. They don’t answer our calls either. The proprietor Jenovyn is such an irresponsible person, we booked this group having confidence on them but they broke our confidence and have cheated us. Jenovyn has no professional ethics and manners to pick up our calls. This has caused a lot of emotional trauma for our family and we have lost the beautiful memories of the marriage. He never had a courtesy or responsibility to call us back on the reasons. Wedding is a lifetime event and we bring back the memories through videos. Really surprised to see such a higher degree of non responsiveness and lack of responsibility from a group like this.
