We hired them for reception evening photography and our experience was not good. They barely took few pictures and most of them were badly framed and shot. Every photo has someone with eyes closed. Weird experessions. Bad angles. Most of the captured moments were missing from the final delivery

I am not sure what made you give 1 star rating even before the delivery of the edited pics . At this stage, you have only received the raw, unedited photos.
