Crimson and Cherry did my sister’s wedding in JW Marriott golfshire in Bangalore in October of 2023 We met them a couple of months prior, we weren’t from Bangalore but it was a buyout wedding and a large scale one. From the moment we met them we really connected with them. They seemed very different from other event planners. They didn’t seem pushy about their ideas. Instead of being insistent and pushy, they took time to listen to us and understand what we wanted. They delivered everything they promised. Nivedita and her team were constantly available at any time of the day. Especially cause we weren’t from there, they took extra effort to make us feel like we were their only clients. They were always available for calls. Everything was so well planned. All the small details that was mentioned at meetings was written down and followed up on. They really took the time and effort to understand us and listen to what we wanted and delivered. From the get go, they made us feel extremely special. They actually took care of everything, all the vendors they suggested turned out to be really great, be it the caterers, makeup artists, photographers etc. It got to a point where if Nivedita suggested someone we just trusted her blindly especially because everything she said worked out very well and she managed every little thing. Honestly I think everything that was under her team was executed and done to perfection. You would think they had a 40 member team just at how efficient everything was. It was absolutely lovely. If there was one thing I would recommend to people, from all the vendors we used at the wedding, it would be Nivedita’s team. They were just phenomenal!

Nivi and her team were simply fantastic. Very understated and patiently took all our inputs including the outright ridiculous ones and put together a plan that was realistic and implementable. She was absolutely professional in dealing with third party vendors, negotiating prices and managing their execution. And I must add reviewing all bills and ensuring were charged based on what they delivered. Nivi and her team did a fabulous job of managing travel logistics for the entire wedding party. At the venue they managed all the events to perfection and made it a thoroughly enjoyable event for all who attended. I would not hesitate a second to recommend Crimson and Cherry to be your wedding planner !!

We had our wedding in Dec 2021. Crimson and Cherry did the wedding decor. Nivi and her team were amazing to work with. We reached out to them only a month before our wedding date. She patiently listened to all needs explained us what is possible and what is not. She ensured she recced the venues multiple times and worked around the restrictions in the venue and delivered the best. Ours was a completely outdoor event for all functions and she ensured guests were taken care for sun, cold and rain. She accommodated all last minute requests. Once we finalised the design and pricing for each event, we really didn’t have to do any follow up. She coordinated with venues, caterers, band, DJ, guests, etc., All the events’ decor were mesmerising and when we reached the venue on the event day, we were delighted to see the final output. She didn’t miss any minute details we asked for. Overall I will recommend Crimson and Cherry for 200% for any decor.

I live in Singapore with a hectic job and the only reason I could plan my wedding in two months is because of the expertise Niveditha offered during the entire process. We got married at The Tamarind Tree - planned for a hot summer wedding, and rearranged our plans 2 days before the wedding when we forecasted heavy rains. Nothing about this process would have been as easy and beautiful as it was, if it wasn't for them. When you have to work with someone for almost a year, I believe it's important to have someone who is easy to work with and understands your likes and dislikes, and Niveditha is exactly the person I would recommend. Choosing a wedding planner for my daughter's wedding was a task.i met quite a few people before deciding for crimson and cherry. I thank my stars that we chose them. They are very efficient and genuine people! From the beginning every minute details of events are taken care of. She helped us from meeting the designer for wedding cards to planning the vidai.Niveditasat with us and guided us through,we sat for hours to work on detailing of decorations minute by minute details of each events. We got the decorations done by crimson and cherry . All the events turns out so beautiful and lovely. Nivedita is a dream to work with very polite and genuine person. Anything i asked and she was there to help me. During the three days of wedding i didn't see her sitting always on her toes. From the very beginning, a few months before the wedding - Niveditha was super organised and prompt and so she was on top of every single detail. She helped us with every aspect of the wedding and introduced us to the best contacts for photography, makeup, the registration and even a church choir! The mood board they created for the wedding was amazing and everyone was in praises for the decor - right from the floral arch to the printed menu cards! Even on the day, the team was so meticulous and made sure everyone reached on time - which took a huge load off us!
